In a big data environment,there are many online courses with abundant resources,but it is difficult for users to find courses that meet their needs among many courses.The previous course recommendation service of the course platform can no longer satisfy users' demand for course resources.This article takes course platform users as the research object,uses RFM model and K-means algorithm to establish the portrait of course platform users,and analyzes the needs and preferences of different types of users.First,sort out the research results of user behaviors and group user portraits,and establish a model framework and labeling system for the user portraits of the course platform;second,empirical analysis with an online course platform(the online education platform has a large number of user groups,which User loyalty and user stickiness,its user base and community atmosphere ensure the user's activity and the richness of its review content.Therefore,the user of the course platform as a research object makes user research universal.),Use statistical analysis methods to analyze user data;Finally,the RFM model and K-means algorithm are used to construct user portraits,and Chinese word segmentation is used to obtain user tags,and the needs and behavior preferences of various users are analyzed.The following conclusions are obtained through research:(1)Most users in the course platform have only purchased the course once,and there are only a few users who are keen to comment,and most users only participate occasionally;(2)Gender and rank of users in the course platform There is no relationship with the user's trading behavior,the user's gender has no relationship with the user's comment behavior,and the user's level has a positive correlation with the user's comment behavior;(3)According to the user behavior,user influence and activity,the user is divided into "Rational participation type","Curriculum influence type" and "Popular follow-up type",and put forward corresponding suggestions for the three types of users;(4)Through the demonstration of a course platform,the online course platform user behavior is constructed The framework of portrait research provides a certain reference value and basis for future research.There are 46 pictures,12 tables,55 references.
