| With the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy,continuous change has become a universal form.In the long-term Educational Research,people will pay more attention to how teachers "educate people",but neglect how teachers "educate themselves",as knowledge workers,the demand of teacher knowledge development is not only the demand of teacher education reform,but also the demand of basic education curriculum reform,which is the key of education and teaching reform.In 2018,the state began to promote the "teacher education revitalization plan(2018-2022)",one of the objectives and tasks of which stressed the "innovative teacher education model.".The theory of development in the practical sense of learning science — — "deep learning" is to actively and deeply understand,critically integrate knowledge and transfer real learning knowledge.Based on the above research background,this paper explores that under the support of deep learning theory,teachers re-examine themselves,on the basis of knowledge accumulation,through knowledge transformation and its dynamic processing,research on promoting teachers knowledge renewal and self-reconstruction.This research is divided into five chapters,mainly using the method of literature and Theory Research,to analyze and present the related concepts of "deep learning","teacher knowledge structure" and "teacher knowledge transformation",based on the analysis of shallow learning and deep learning in teachers’ knowledge,the model of teachers’ knowledge transformation process is constructed.The author finds that teachers’ knowledge changes from shallow learning to deep learning,subject content knowledge changes from "simple retelling" to "deep understanding",subject teaching knowledge changes from "mixture" to "compound";Subject Teaching Cognition: From "off-body Knowledge" to "body understanding";from "split-off Knowledge" to "same development".This paper constructs the teacher’s knowledge transformation model based on deep learning,and expounds the process,state and evaluation of the teacher’s knowledge transformation from shallow learning to deep learning.It concludes that teachers’ knowledge transformation based on deep learning has changed from "Knowledge Porter" to "knowledge converter",from "pseudo-learning" to "true learning",from "fragmented knowledge" to "zero-access" information connection,from "mechanical copying" to "problem-solving" behavior,from "low-level thinking" to "high-level thinking",from "closed" to "open" synergists. |
