| Feicheng has been deeply implementing the strategy of "strengthening the city with talents",constantly improving the policy mechanism,optimizing the development environment,enhancing the level of service ability,and focusing on solving the problems of shortage of high-level talents and prominent contradiction between supply and demand,so as to ensure that practical results can be achieved in attracting and retaining talents.However,due to the intermixed influence of its own and external factors,the work effect of Feicheng City in the introduction of high-level talents is still not ideal,and some shortcomings,weaknesses and deficiencies need to be solved in time.Surrounding the status small number,high quality,high-level talent introduction booster effect is not obvious economic and social development,this article takes the new public management theory,human capital theory as the theoretical basis,adopting literature research,interviews,comparative analysis,empirical analysis,combining with the status quo,to figure out what problems comprehensively,in-depth study.To sum up,if Feicheng wants to solve the restriction problem in the introduction of high-level talents,it needs to start from the aspects of updating ideas,strengthening overall planning,clarifying the division of responsibilities,broadening the introduction channels,strengthening policy publicity and so on,and pay attention to the rectification and implementation of the problems.Adhering to the problem-oriented,goal-oriented and result-oriented,this paper will provide reference for related subject research and theoretical analysis,help to provide a basis for scientific decision-making and policy adjustment of Feicheng government,and improve the quality of economic and social development of Feicheng. |
