At present,innovation and entrepreneurship education has gradually been promoted to the strategic height of national implementation of innovative driven developing strategy.Mass entrepreneurship and innovation has become the highlight and breakthrough of comprehensive reform of higher education,an essential move to cultivate students’ innovation spirit,entrepreneurship consciousness and creativity,and to promote higher quality entrepreneurship and employment of college graduates.Colleges and universities are actively carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education reform and practice in combination with their own reality.Innovation and entrepreneurship colleges have been established one after another.Innovation and entrepreneurship courses have gradually become a system,and innovation and entrepreneurship competitions are in full swing.In the meanwhile,mass innovation space incubation bases have been established one after another.The enthusiasm of college students participating in innovation and entrepreneurship is gradually rising,and the proportion of fresh graduates to start their own businesses is also increasing year by year.2015 is usually called the fiirst year of innovation and entrepreneurship in China.In such a booming era and in the current upsurge of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities,the emerging market of innovation and entrepreneurship products in Colleges and universities has emerged.The growth of market capacity is geometric,and various companies and products in the industry have sprung up.With just five years of market development,a number of high-quality enterprises with strong strength,leading products and reliable services have emerged.Therefore,the research on the product,market and other elements of this emerging industry has a significant exemplary and universal effect.Customer satisfaction research is a hot topic in the field of marketing management.One of the basic viewpoints and goals is "starting from customer demand and finally customer satisfaction".Only by carrying out the survey of customer demand and satisfaction,and improving the quality according to the survey and evaluation results,can enterprises continuously improve the quality of products and services.College students are the result of educational service activities and personnel training process in Colleges and universities,and their quality directly reflects the level and service quality of colleges and universities.Students are not only the "products" of educational and teaching activities,but also the "customers" of educational and teaching services.The opinions and satisfaction of students’ customers are the fundamental driving force and research direction for universities and educational product providers to improve educational and teaching products.Thus,the university students are regarded as the "customers" of innovation and entrepreneurship education products and services,and the investigation and discussion of university students’ satisfaction with innovation and entrepreneurship education are carried out.In order to meet the needs of the whole industry,colleges and universities should establish their own innovation and entrepreneurship education system to meet the needs of the whole industry to improve the successful rate of innovation and entrepreneurship education products of college students.
