| With the general implementation of the enrollment expansion policy in higher vocational colleges,higher vocational graduates show an increasing trend year by year,and higher vocational education once again ushered in the opportunity of rapid development.But it brings about the contradiction between quantity and quality and enrollment and employment.Among them,the most social concern of the employment problem is becoming more and more prominent.In recent years,the Party and the government attach great importance to the related work of vocational guidance education in vocational colleges.The teaching results of vocational guidance education in higher vocational colleges are widely concerned.The research on teaching problems and countermeasures in vocational guidance education in higher vocational colleges in the new era is conducive to promoting the needs of vocational students’ sustainable development and improving the teaching effect of vocational guidance education.This paper focuses on the teaching problems in vocational guidance education in higher vocational colleges,including four parts.The first part collects,sorts out and analyzes the teaching related materials in vocational guidance education in higher vocational colleges.On this basis,the core concepts in the paper are defined and the relevant theoretical basis are elaborated.The second part takes 5 higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province as the research object.Questionnaire and interview methods are used to investigate the teaching status quo of vocational guidance education in higher vocational colleges,and the results of questionnaires and interviews are analyzed and sorted out in order to have a preliminary understanding of the teaching status quo of vocational guidance education in higher vocational colleges and summarize the practical problems existing in vocational guidance education and teaching.It mainly includes the lack of pertinence in the teaching work of vocational guidance education,the cognitive level of vocational students’ needs to be improved and the professional ability of vocational guidance education teachers is insufficient.The third part explores the causes of teaching problems in vocational guidance education in higher vocational colleges.Based on the feedback results of the survey data,it is concluded that the main reasons are the deviation between the reality and the necessity of teaching objectives,the weak awareness of career planning that limits the development of students themselves,and the lack of strong guarantee for vocational guidance teachers.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to improve the teaching effect in the vocational guidance education.In view of the above reasons,to realize the sound development of vocational guidance education and teaching in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to change students’ ideas and realize reasonable cognition;to strengthen the construction of teachers and improve the teaching level;to enrich the teaching content,based on the needs of development;to improve teaching evaluation and innovate the evaluation system. |
