Research On The Development Of Grassroots Basketball Organization In Changzhutan City Group

With the rapid economic development of the Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration and the rapid improvement of people’s living standards,both in terms of life and spiritual level,people’s awareness of health and fitness concepts continue to increase.In recent years,in order to gather more participants with the same sports interests,a large number of spontaneous grassroots organizations have been set up in the Changzhutan urban agglomeration.Among them,grassroots basketball organizations are particularly prominent.As the number of people participating in grassroots basketball organizations continues to increase,the number of grassroots basketball organizations in the Changzhutan urban agglomeration has increased significantly.To this end,focusing on the development status of grassroots basketball organizations in the Changzhutan urban agglomeration,discussing its difficulties in the development process and proposing corresponding countermeasures,has positive practical significance for promoting the development of the national fitness movement in the Changzhutan urban agglomeration and even the whole country..At the same time,the exploration of the concept and development method of grassroots basketball organization can provide a theoretical reference and realistic basis for similar research and the development of grassroots basketball.This article uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,field investigation method,mathematical statistics method and case analysis method to analyze the basic status,activities,venue status and organization of the "grassroot basketball" in the urban agglomeration of Changzhutan.The situation,management situation,competition situation and development factors were investigated and systematically analyzed.By investigating the Zhuzhou City Lusong Basketball Association,it is found that it exhibits the characteristics of non-profit,quasi-public,autonomy,and mutual benefit in the course of practice.According to the current situation investigation and case analysis,it is found that grassroots basketball organizations have insufficient government attention in the main elements,resource elements,and environmental elements,and the activity organization is single;the internal management of the organization is insufficient;the gender and age structure of the organization and the participants are not balanced;There are obvious differences in regional economic levels,and the development of "grassroots basketball" organizations is uneven;the organization’s external environmental protection is lacking,and the government’s relevant systems are difficult to implement;the source of funds is single,and the venues and facilities are scarce;Lack of professional instructors;insufficient government participation,insufficient publicity,etc.Based on the above dilemma and analysis of its restrictive factors,the following countermeasures are proposed,namely: strengthening organization construction;perfecting the "grassroot basketball" management system;increasing guidance;improving public venues and facilities;promoting balanced development;and promoting regional economic construction through competitions.
