Empirical Study On The Professional Placement Of Landless Farmers In Changchun

Based on the increasing number of landless farmers in China,this paper points out the significance of reasonable placement of landless farmers.Through the research on the current resettlement method of land lost farmers in Changchun City of Jilin Province,it is found that the resettlement method has some problems,such as low compensation amount,lack of employment assistance,and insufficient social security,which lead to the lack of sustainable development ability of land lost farmers.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign scholars’ research on land lost farmers,this paper puts forward the way of employment placement to make up for the deficiency of the current placement method of land lost farmers in Changchun.Based on Keynes’ employment theory and human capital theory,this paper puts forward a professional placement method for land lost farmers.We should provide a stable source of income for land lost farmers by means of employment placement,narrow the gap of human capital of land lost farmers by means of continuing to engage in agricultural work,promote social balanced employment,and maintain the vitality of agricultural development.At present,a large number of scholars in China study the land lost farmers from the perspective of policy,hoping to improve the resettlement mode of land lost farmers by adjusting the operation of the system.The context of this study is from the perspective of landless farmers,looking for and analyzing the influencing factors of landless farmers’ employment behavior,in order to lock in the scope and determine the direction of improving the willingness of landless farmers’ employment behavior.Using the theory of planned behavior,this paper studies the influence of behavior attitude,subjective norm,perceived behavior control,behavior will,and some objective and realistic factors on the employment choice of landless farmers.The results show that behavior attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior control have significant influence on behavior intention,and behavior intention has significant influence on behavior decision-making;The income source and farming experience of landless farmers have significant influence on their behavior decision-making.The government can promote the professional placement of land lost farmers in Changchun by issuing professional placement policies,publicizing the choice of agricultural employment and taking the lead of local units.Starting from increasing the sustainable development ability of land lost farmers,this paper puts forward professional resettlement methods,which can provide employment security for land lost farmers on the one hand,and provide labor resources for agricultural development of Changchun City on the other hand.It provides a supplement to the current resettlement methods of Changchun City,and provides a reference for the resettlement methods of land lost farmers in other regions of China.
