With physical violence as the representative of the violence phenomenon of kindergarten teachers on the implementation of early childhood not completely eliminated, nowadays a new form of violence appeared in people’s field of vision--the psychological damage to soft violence preschool education as the representative.the soft violence of preschool education is different from a disguised form of corporal punishment or corporal punishment, however, in a more hidden way, through some insulted ironic language or in different attitude of contempt, children receive infringement and damage the spirit. And soft violence of early childhood education has a strong concealment, the harm to children is not easy to make investigation and evidence collection, the academic circles and the whole society has to cause enough attention.According to the three months’ internship in kindergarten, the author observed on site that kindergarten teachers of three kindergartens use education soft violence, recorded it using the way of "line drawing", and divided it into different types according to the different forms of division. And for preschool teachers and parents questionnaire,investigation of their soft violence on children’s education attitude, were analyzed by using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, reveals the harm of education cold violence, thinking about the root causes of early childhood education soft violence and corresponding countermeasures.The structure of this study is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction, elaborated the research methods and the research,defining the research background, research significance, reviews and core concepts including the question proposed.The second part introduces the form and harm of soft violence of preschool education. Through questionnaire, interview records and field observations, we understand the current situation of soft violence of early childhood education, analyses the harm, provide the basis for the analysis of the causes of early childhood education soft violence generated and put forward countermeasures.Analysis of the causes of early childhood education soft violence produce concentrated part third. Early childhood education soft violence and spread are caused by many different factors, there are factors of preschool teachers, also has its own factors of kindergarten; kindergarten management system, there are factors of the education administrative departments; factors of parents of young children, there are social factors.Only a comprehensive grasp of these factors, put forward the improvement measures to the full range of talent, thereby decreasing the preschool education soft violence.The fourth part focuses on the Countermeasures of preschool education of soft violence reduction. Through the third part of the analysis leading to early childhood education soft violence causes, separately elaborated the subtractive Preschool Education soft violence measures from the preschool teachers, educational management departments, parents and society four aspects.
