In2010. the Ministry of Education. Ministry of Finance began implementing the "National Teacher Training Programme"(hereinafter referred to as "training plan").So, the training status of "national training plan" is what? Trainees of this new approach to training can adapt?"Teaching mentor" for "shadow teachers’ training have any suggestions? How to further improve this approach to training? Etc. These issues have not been adequately studied. To this end, we have to "national training program (2012),’ Training Status Henan Normal junior high school chemistry teacher backbone "shadow teacher" as an example of the research, in order to provide some training strategies for reference for future teacher training.This survey research, we were in front of the "shadow teachers’ training, training and post-training were investigated, mainly to take a survey, interviews and field research method. Our survey found that "shadow teachers’training certainly has its place and needs to be further improved, which exists primarily of the following questions:(1) Educational administrative departments aspects:on the "shadow teachers’ training policy content is not perfect; supporting policies is not detailed enough; supervision of the training are not stringent enough.(2) The training institutions:the lack of demand for research trainees; practice base packet form irrational; organizational arrangements are not careful.(3) Practice base aspects:management trainees are not strictly; lack of training instructors teaching; training single; evaluation methods for trainees unscientific; teaching mentor trainees lack of after-school instruction.(4) Trainees:the enthusiasm of participating in the training is not enough; underpowered. Rural schools:the selection of trainees are not stringent enough; lack of guidance on the replacement of normal students.To solve these problems, we propose the following improvement strategies, provide reference for future teacher training:(1) Establish and improve the "shadow teachers’training policy:a sound system to make the training a legal basis:improve training related policies; refine training programs.(2) Sound "shadow teachers’ training in the organization and management system:a top-down exercise leadership responsibility system:strengthen management systems; timely feedback training situation.(3) Optimization training teachers:teaching mentor for relevant training; establish expert instructors teaching library; implement the introduction of exit mechanism; increase with Lehr reward.(4) Local conditions internalized training modes:the development of rational scientific training objectives; flexibility to choose the training content; training methods should be based on student participation in the main line.(5) Improve trainees motivation:Training should focus on the demand of trainees; incentive mechanisms to promote; training should reflect the subjectivity of trainees; strengthen trainees and instructors teaching after-school exchanges; resolve conflicts so that trainees Engineering no worries; build a diversified evaluation system.
