In the current dynamic and complex social environment of information society,the spread of Weibo public opinion presents the characteristics of wide range,fast speed and great social influence.When the public opinion information related to emergency is widely disseminated,it is often accompanied by strong emotional expression,which is easy to cause the aggregation of group negative emotions among netizens and even cause serious social harm.Opinion leaders play an important role as the "secondary hub of information dissemination" in the communication of public opinion in Weibo of emergency,and are an important moderating factor of netizens’ emotional tendency in the communication of public opinion in Weibo of emergency.Studying the related issues of the influence of opinion leaders on the emotional tendency of netizens in Weibo public opinions in emergency is helpful to reveal the influence mechanism of opinion leaders on the emotional tendency of netizens in Weibo public opinions in emergency,and then provide theoretical reference for the government to intervene in and guide the emotional tendency of netizens in Weibo public opinions in emergency.Firstly,this paper constructs a moderator model of Netizen’s Emotion Tendency,NET-PMF(Performance Moderator Functions of Netizen’s Emotion Tendency),to analyze the influence mechanism of opinion leaders on netizen’s emotion tendency.Then,taking opinion leaders and netizens in Weibo public opinion in emergency as the research object,this paper constructs a Weibo opinion leader recognition model from the perspectives of communication advantages and response advantages,combines Kshell algorithm,and designs a sentiment classification model of public opinion text based on deep learning algorithm,which provides a basis for the sentiment classification of Weibo public opinion information under the influence of opinion leaders.On this basis,based on the NET-PMF model,the simulation model of the influence of opinion leaders on the emotional tendency of netizens is designed by using the multi-agent simulation model of complex system.Combined with two real Weibo public opinion cases of emergency,on the Net Logo simulation platform,the influence of different influencing factors of three types of opinion leaders,namely well-known bloggers,network media and government official media,on the emotional tendency of netizens is simulated,and the simulation results verify the scientification and rationality of the model.Finally,based on the analysis of the results of opinion leader identification and simulation experiment,this paper puts forward some guidance strategies for the government to focus on the influence of opinion leaders on netizens’ emotional tendencies in Weibo public opinions during emergency. |
