| Labor creates human beings,which is the essential activity of human beings.From this perspective,labor education can be regarded as the first education of human beings,and labor education is the first driving force of human beings’ free and all-round development.In fact,labor education is left behind by family,school and society.People have no feeling or even dislike of labor."Don’t want to do it in thought,don’t do it in action" has become a labor disease.The development of labor education is in trouble,so we must find a new way out.With the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,labor education has gained a new opportunity under the great concern of the party and the government,and the research of labor education has become a hot educational topic.The establishment of a new historical position in the new era and the development of the contemporary society require labor education to keep pace with the times,reflecting the practical characteristics of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the characteristics of the times.Xi Jinping emphasized that the fundamental task of socialist education with Chinese characteristics in the new era is to establish morality and cultivate people,and labor can cultivate morality.Based on the educational mission of cultivating morality and the realistic requirements of the development of labor education,in order to effectively break the current dilemma of the development of labor education and realize the fundamental task of cultivating morality,we must deal with the relationship between the two well.We should lead the development of labor education by cultivating morality,and also nurture the growth of moral education by giving full play to the potential of labor education,so as to realize the cultivation of virtue by labor.This paper attempts to analyze the logical relationship between labor education and moral education from the perspective of human science paradigm,to look at labor education from a new perspective,to explore and clarify the value,to excavate the moral value of labor education,to liberate the hidden value connotation of labor education,not only to provide a new development idea for labor education,but also to provide a new way of development for moral education,so as to construct a new cognitive schema for labor education.Cultivating virtue by labor is a new development of labor education in the new era.Labor education has a positive value function for the development of moral education.The logic research of cultivating virtue by labor in human science paradigm runs through the whole text with the main line of "people-oriented" and takes "people" as the center.The logical starting point and logical purpose of the research are all based on "people".To clarify the rational logic of cultivating virtue by labor,it is necessary to clarify the three basic problems: how is it possible to cultivate virtue by labor,how is it feasible to cultivate virtue by labor,and how to realize it.We should solve these three problems from the triple logic of cultivating virtue by labor,that is,the generative logic,the kernel logic and the practical logic of cultivating virtue by labor.According to the generative logic of cultivating virtue by labor,it mainly explains what is cultivating virtue by labor and the origin and historical conditions of cultivating virtue by labor,which is the answer to why it is possible.With the core logic of cultivating virtue by labor,it focuses on expounding the logical relationship between labor education and moral education in the process of cultivating virtue by labor,and emphasizes the value implication of labor education promoting the growth of moral education,which is the answer to why it is feasible.Based on the practical logic of cultivating virtue by labor,it intends to analyze the difficulties and causes of cultivating virtue by labor,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,which is the answer to how to realize it.Accordingly,the article mainly focuses on these three issues,with labor education as the focus,analyzes the internal relationship between labor education and moral education,aiming to build a grand building of cultivating virtue by labor under the value concept of "human".This is the innovative development of labor education,fully stimulate the potential of comprehensive education of labor education,so as to find a way out for people’s development dilemma and spiritual dilemma,and promote people’s all-round development and complete moral spirit,which has great theoretical significance and practical value. |
