With the acceleration of China’s expansion of the scale of cities,the area of the urban-rural integration area is also expanding,and the urban-rural integration development model has emerged at the historic moment.In the process of rapid advancement of urban-rural integration,its educational problems have become increasingly prominent.The sources of students in schools in the urban-rural integration demonstration zone are diversified,and the family education of students is seriously lacking,and it is difficult to carry out the work of home-school co-education in schools.This research is based on the theory of overlapping domains of influence,social capital theory and home-school cooperation value theory,combined with the reality of social development,and took X elementary school in the urban-rural integration demonstration area as the survey object to address the issue of home-school co-education in schools in the urban-rural integration demonstration area.Conduct investigation and research.This study took 300 teachers and parents of X primary school as the survey objects,developed a teacher questionnaire and a parent questionnaire to conduct a survey.Based on 284 valid questionnaires,a statistical analysis of the basic situation of the primary school’s school-education: family-school co-education The framework has been basically set up,but many aspects have remained at the level of formalism,and no substantial progress has been made.The study found that the main problems of home-school co-education in the urban-rural integration demonstration zone represented by this elementary school are manifested in the purpose of co-education,co-education content,co-education form,parents’ enthusiasm,and the status of each subject: 1.Home-school co-education is biased towards exam-oriented education rather than based on the overall development of students;second,the content of home-school co-education is shallow and the depth of home-school co-education activities is not deep enough,which results in a big difference between the effect and expectations;third is the home-school co-education.Parents are not very active in participating in shared education,which leads to the mere formality or direct cancellation of some home-school shared education activities.Fourth,the dominant position of students and parents is ignored,which further leads to a weak sense of participation by students and parents.Through in-depth interviews and analysis,the reasons for these problems can be summarized into four points: First,the school organization is rigid,the management and supervision system is not perfect,and the basic channels and financial support are lacking;the second is the lack of teachers necessary for home-school co-education.Innovative awareness and related training guidance;third,the parents of students have low cultural quality,lack of correct education concepts for their children and the enthusiasm for participating in home-school education;fourth,the education department has not formulated and issued relevant system guarantees in a timely manner.In view of the above-discovered problems and the in-depth analysis of the reasons behind them,this thesis studies the optimization strategies for improving the level of home-school co-education in the urban-rural integration demonstration zone from four aspects: schools,teachers,parents and education departments.First of all,starting from the main body of the school,by improving the management and supervision system,the organization and implementation of home-school co-education will be standardized and in place,and the form and content of home-school co-education activities will be continuously enriched and deepened,so as to truly be education-oriented;Analyze from the perspective of teachers,enhance teachers’ awareness and innovative ability of home-school co-education,actively and in-depth conduct home-school co-education training,exchanges and guidance;again from the perspective of parents,continue to improve parents’ self-quality to strengthen the importance of children’s education,training or subtly influence it to establish the correct concept of home-school co-education;finally,from the perspective of the education department,support it,build a complete home-school co-education organization structure and formulate relevant laws and regulations in a timely manner.This research takes the family-school co-education in the typical area of urban-rural integration demonstration area as the object,based on the practice of core literacy ideas,and advocates the close integration of schools and families to enhance the important role of educational synergy in the growth of primary school students.Dimensional and comprehensive construction of a comprehensive home-school co-education mechanism,and continuously improve the level of basic education in the urban-rural integration demonstration zone,hoping to provide theoretical reference and practical thinking for promoting the educational development of primary schools in the urbanization integration demonstration zone. |
