| As one of the strategic tasks of "Chinese Education Modernization 2035",it is of great practical significance to accelerate the educational reform in the information age.Its essence is to promote the reform and innovation of educational organization form and management mode,and to promote the modernization of education by informationization.Teachers play an important role in promoting educational informatization.Secondly,with the development of modern educational technology into the informationization stage,there have been breakthroughs in teaching time and space,teaching mode,teaching information presentation,teaching organization form,teaching concept and other aspects.This puts forward higher request to the teacher’s own teaching ability.The level of information teaching ability of teachers directly affects the quality of education in the whole compulsory stage.Therefore,the level of informationized teaching ability of primary and secondary school teachers has become the focus of attention at this stage.Based on Shen Jiliang’s teaching ability structure model and combining with the informationized teaching environment,this study analyzes the composition of informationized teaching ability.The present situation of informationized teaching ability of primary and secondary school teachers is studied from the four dimensions of informationized research ability,informationized operation ability,informationized regulation ability and informationized design ability.According to Kossegen’s "six-layer onion" model,it is concluded that the factors influencing the informationization teaching ability include internal factors and external factors,which are specifically manifested in teaching attitude,teaching resources and school management.The influence degree of these three dimensions on the informationization teaching ability of primary and secondary school teachers is analyzed.This study adopts the method of questionnaire survey and interview method,taking the primary and secondary school teachers in Y County,Henan Province as the objects of investigation.The results of statistical analysis show that:the overall level of information teaching ability of primary and secondary school teachers is average;In terms of school category,gender,age,educational background and professional title,there are significant differences in the information teaching ability of primary and secondary school teachers.In the analysis of the influencing factors of the informationized teaching ability,teaching attitude,teaching resources and school management all positively influence the informationized teaching ability as a whole or one of its dimensions to different degrees.After investigation,we found that the existing problems include the following six aspects: the attitude and concept of informationized teaching have not been fundamentally changed;The frequency of the use of information technology in different sections and disciplines is not equal;The hardware itself is deficient;The quantity of high-quality course resources is limited;There is a big gap between urban and rural primary and secondary school resources and facilities;The scope of teacher training is not large enough and the degree is not deep enough.In view of the above problems,it is proposed that teachers should correct their teaching attitude and enhance the teaching quality of informatization.Teachers should take an active part in teaching practice and enhance the ability of informationized teaching.R & D high quality platform software,improve the use of platform functions;Appropriate resources to rural areas to promote balanced development between urban and rural areas;Strengthen and optimize the construction of resources,and jointly promote resource sharing;Improve the training,incentive,evaluation system to enhance the level of information teaching countermeasures and suggestions. |
