As an important part of my country’s education system,the college entrance examination is indispensable,and it is related to the development of each examinee.B Education Consulting Company is a company that specializes in consulting services for college entrance examination registration.It has been deeply involved in the industry for many years.As the number of candidates in Henan continues to increase,competition in the college entrance examination industry has become increasingly fierce.There are some problems in the existing marketing strategy of B Education Consulting Company Zhengzhou Branch,which leads to marketing With high costs and reduced profits,the topic of this selection is to optimize the marketing strategy of B education consulting company in the Henan market,improve the competitiveness and influence of the company,and promote its sustainable development in Henan market.At the same time,taking Company B as the research object of marketing strategy,it explores how to innovate the marketing strategy of the education consulting industry by the social power of the network and the flow economy and provide a reference for the marketing strategy of the education consulting industry.The thesis begins with the analysis of the current marketing environment of the Henan market of the B education consulting company.Through the analysis of the internal and external data obtained from the company,the Porter five forces model and the PEST analysis method are used to analyze the B education from the three levels of the company’s internal,industry situation and external macro levels.The consulting company Henan marketing environment introduced and found that the existing environment is conducive to its further optimization of marketing strategies.Secondly,by analyzing the Henan marketing strategy of B Education Consulting Company,we found its shortcomings and causes.Through field research,the company’s existing marketing strategies were explained in terms of products,prices,channels,promotions,services,etc.,and found that its existing problems include relatively serious product homogeneity,insufficient pricing mechanisms,insufficient development of digital channels,and excessive promotional methods.Single,service quality needs to be improved.The reasons for the summary are imperfect company management system,insufficient talent team building,not strong corporate culture atmosphere,and unreasonable capital budget planning.Given the above problems,optimization suggestions are put forward through 7Ps marketing theory.The first product innovation strategy includes enriching product content,extending service time,and creating obvious products;the second price differentiation strategy includes market demand pricing,product tiered pricing,and public pricing standards;the third channel expansion strategy includes deepening traditional channels and expanding mainstream Channels and the introduction of social platforms;the fourth promotion diversification strategy includes the establishment of a public image,the use of live broadcasts,and the empowerment of hotspots;the fifth service improvement strategy includes improving the quality of personnel,improving the service process,and optimizing the service environment.Finally,formulate feasibility marketing strategy guarantee measures,guarantee from the aspects of the corporate management system,corporate culture,talent training,financial support,technology introduction,etc.,to ensure the implementation of strategic optimization.
