Intermittent fasting is an effective means of preventing and curing chronic diseases in fasting therapy. In addition to reducing body weight by reducing caloric intake,it can also change energy metabolism patterns, change intestinal flora, induce autophagy and adjust the "biological clock." And other ways to prevent the occurrence of chronic metabolic diseases. In animal models such as rodents and monkeys, intermittent fasting has been shown to extend life span and reduce inflammation and cancer.Exercise has always been considered by people as an effective means to promote physical health.Studies have shown that long-term adherence to moderate-intensity aerobic endurance exercise can increase the activation level of immune cells or factors such as immune globulin, lymphocytes, and interleukins in the body, promote the improvement of the body’s immune function, and reduce the occurrence of inflammatory symptoms such as diseases. In this experiment, intermittent fasting, aerobic endurance exercise and the combination of the two experimental interventions were conducted in rats to compare the differences in the levels of interleukin(IL-1,IL-2,IL-6)and immunoglobulin(IgA,IgM,IgG)in rats after the experiment due to different interventions, and further explore The effect of intermittent fasting combined with aerobic endurance exercise on the immune function of rats.Method: This study intervened 8 week experimentally, selected 26 eligible SD rats, and randomly divided them into 4 groups, each with 6-7 animals in cages and divided into a quiet control group(Control,Con N=6);fasting Group(Intermittent Fasting,IF N=6);exercise group(Exercise,Ex N=7);fasting exercise group(Intermittent Fasting Exercise,IFEx N=7).This experiment adopts an intermittent fasting plan every Wednesday and Saturday.Drinking water is unlimited during the fasting period, and you can eat and drink freely during the time outside the fasting. In this experiment, the aerobic endurance exercise program is carried out for four days per week,1,2,4,and 5,with an intensity of 65% VO2 max, aerobic endurance exercise training, the treadmill is set at 20m/min,0° slope, and the duration of each exercise 60 min,the first week of aerobic endurance exercise intervention is exercise adaptation training. The weight of the rats was recorded at the same time every day. After the experiment, the blood of the rat was centrifuged to take the supernatant, and the levels of interleukin(IL-1,IL-2,IL-6)and immunoglobulin(IgA,IgM,IgG)in the rat plasma were detected by Western Blot and ELISA experimental methods according to the standard.Result:1.After the experiment, the weight of rats in the IF group and IFEx group was compared with the weight of the Con group, and the results were highly significant(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in the weight of the Ex group and the CON group(P<0.05).);Experiments show that the weight gain of the IFEx group was the slowest.2.Under the intervention of intermittent fasting, the level of IL-1 in the plasma of rats increased significantly(P<0.01),and the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 did not change significantly(P>0.05);aerobic endurance exercise intervention The levels of IL-1,IL-2,and IL-6 in the plasma of rats were significantly increased(P<0.01);the combined intervention of the two resulted in the levels of IL-1,IL-2,and IL-6 in the plasma of rats.Very significant increase(P<0.01);after experimental intervention, the IL-1 level of each group were ranked as IF>IFEx>Ex>CON;after the experimental intervention, the IL-2 level of each group were ranked as IFEx>Ex>CON>IF;experimental intervention The IL-6 levels of each group were ranked as Ex>IFEx>CON>IF.3.The levels of IgA,IgM,and IgG in the rat plasma under the intervention of intermittent fasting decreased, and IgA decreased significantly(P<0.01);IgG decreased significantly(P<0.05);aerobic endurance exercise intervention The levels of IgA,IgM,and IgG in the plasma of rats were significantly increased(P<0.01);the combined intervention of the two increased the levels of IgM in the plasma of rats significantly(P<0.01),There were no significant changes in IgA and IgM(P>0.05).The content of immunoglobulin in rat plasma is IgG>IgA>IgM.Conclusion:1.Intermittent fasting for two days a week makes the rat immune cells lack the energy for re-synthesis,and the improvement of rat immune function is not obvious. The occurrence of rat immune function suppression is observed. Therefore,it is recommended to adopt appropriate dietary restrictions instead of fasting, which will have a good effect on immune function.2.Aerobic endurance exercise can effectively activate the rat’s immune system, enhance the intercellular transfer material interleukin(IL-1,IL-2,IL-6)and immunoglobulin(IgA,IgM,IgG)secreted by rat immune cells, and promote the improvement of rat immune function.3.The joint intervention of intermittent fasting and aerobic endurance exercise can promote the immune function of rats and enhance the immune function of rats.Since intermittent fasting has been observed to inhibit the occurrence,it is recommended to take an appropriate amount of food restriction intervention and appropriate exercise intervention, which is more beneficial to promote health.
