Analysis On The Influence Of College Students' Career Values And Career Planning Onemployment Quality

As fresh blood entering the society,college graduates are full of vigor and vitality,which is the inexhaustible power for the development of the whole society.For college graduates,the problem of low employment quality should not be overlooked,which has also aroused great concern of the society.College students' career values,career planning and internship experience have important influence on their employment quality.Based on previous studies,this study constructed a model with college students' professional values as the independent variable,career planning as the intermediary variable,employment quality as the dependent variable and college students' internship as the moderating variable.In-depth exploration and analysis of the relationship between the variables.Based on parsons theory of structural function,this paper proposes six hypotheses for the four variables in this study.On the basis of consulting the previous research literature,using the mature scale,and combined with their own actual situation to develop a questionnaire.Issue and recall questionnaires.Through the use of SPSS,analyze and process the collected data,draw conclusions,and verify the assumptions mentioned before one by one.Finally,after the conclusion of empirical analysis,on the basis of the research results,the paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the foundation quality of college graduates from three perspectives: universities,college students and society.Universities should integrate the education of setting up values correctly into daily teaching life.Secondly,colleges and universities should provide more social internship opportunities for college students and provide more employment information so that students can better adapt to the society.As college students themselves to establish the awareness of making career planning,full understanding of their own,understanding of society.Finally,the government should play the role of policy support and guidance.At the end of the paper,the author puts forward the prospect of the future research.
