Both the Research 《Report on the physique of Chinese 3-6-year-old children》and the 《Report on obesity of Chinese children》show that in recent years,the physical health level of Chinese children continues to decline,and the rates of overweight and obesity continue to rise.Relevant research points out that lack of physical activity is one of the main factors leading to these problems.The purpose of this paper is to build a home co education mode to promote the development of children’s physical activity habits through the way of home-school cooperation,and explore effective ways and methods to help children develop physical activity habits and physical quality,so as to help improve children’s physical health.By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the basic theory of “Kindergarten-Family Partnership mode to promote the formation of children’s physical activity habits”,designs the specific implementation path and content of the mode,and develops “Kindergarten-Family Partnership-child Sports program”for the mode Computer software copyright registration number:2020SR1091432,independently produced 45 issues of parent-child sports short video,and the model was verified in practice in preschool children.The conclusions are as follows:(1)This study has designed the "Kindergarten-Family Partnership mode to promote the development of children’s physical activity habits" from many aspects,establishes the five basic principles of "mutual respect","democratic equality","seeking common ground while reserving differences","resource sharing" and "different from home",and designs a co education path combining "online" and "offline",And from the "transfer of knowledge","build environment" and "carry out practice" three aspects to develop the content of home education mode,actively transfer sports knowledge to parents of children,create a family sports atmosphere,promote children to participate in physical activities,provide a platform for children’s families to learn and display sports.(2)Through the implementation of "Kindergarten-Family Partnership mode to promote the development of children’s physical activity habits",it can effectively promote the development of children’s physical activity habits,and promote the development of children’s physical quality.Specifically,the implementation of this mode can effectively improve the average daily physical activity time and participation frequency of children,promote children to participate in more physical activities,and let children have a stable physical activity place and fixed physical activity time at home,so that children can actively participate in physical activities.At the same time,the implementation of this mode makes the children’s performance of10 meter turn back run and double foot continuous jump have significant progress,and effectively promotes the development of children’s sensitive quality.(3)Through the implementation of "home education mode to promote children’s physical activity habits",parents can effectively master the basic knowledge of sports and health,help clear parents’ responsibility of family physical education,improve parents’ awareness of family physical education,and ensure the quality of children’s family physical education.The implementation of the model also promotes the smooth development of kindergarten sports work,harmonizes the "family-kindergarten" relationship,and effectively improves the quality of kindergarten education.(4)In the implementation of home education mode,we should pay attention to the combination of the two implementation paths(online and offline),and highlight the interest,cooperation and simplicity in the organization of various education activities.In the specific implementation of education activities,we must also fully consider the parents’ existing time and ability.
