The cultivation of the reserve force of football is the most important part of football development.Among Chinese football,Beijing Guoan is the traditional giant club of the Chinese Super League. As a reporter for the Guoan team, the author uses four research methods: field investigation, interview, document investigation, and comparative method. The six elements of the youth training system of Beijing Guoan Football Club are: training philosophy, team organization and selection mechanism,The training mode, coach and auxiliary team building, competition system and capital investment are studied and compared with the past and the past.At the same time,a horizontal comparison of the above six elements in the youth training system of Beijing Guoan Football Club in the Super League system is carried out.The comparison objects include Shandong Luneng.Taishan Football School,Henan Songshan Longmen Football Club echelon. From the vertical comparison of history to the status quo,it is found that the training concept of Guoan Youth Training has gone from the initial transmission and control techniques and tactics to the current offensive football. In the selection of young players,Guoan has retained the original scouting mechanism, with 5 cooperative outlets.Increasing to 10,the number of echelons in Guoan has also increased from 2 to 8.In the past, there were only a handful of coaches and logistic support teams in the National Security Youth Training. Now,professionals have been set up at all levels and positions to control the quality of teaching.Guoan also invested in the development of its own high-level international competition, the "China-Hebei Guoan Cup".Guoan’s investment in youth training has greatly increased, accounting for 10% of the club’s total investment. However,it has not yet reached the Football Association’s requirement for a 15% investment in the club’s youth training. In the horizontal comparison,it is also found that Guoan is more inclined to offensive football in terms of training concept, while Luneng emphasizes "fastness, flexibility, and harmony".The Songshan Longmen Youth Training is the first to cultivate reserve talents for the club.Guoan starts to select players at the age of 12-13,Luneng Football School starts at the age of 7,and Songshan Longmen Youth Training starts at the age of13.The overseas training of Guoan Youth Training and Songshan Longmen Youth Training is only arranged during the winter training period, with relatively few time and opportunities.Luneng’s overseas training model gives young players better training opportunities.Guoan Youth Training and Songshan Longmen Youth Training still use the traditional club subordinate youth training model, and Luneng Football School uses a unique football school management method. This article points out several problems in the youth training system of Beijing Guoan Football Club. They are: the coverage of youth training is too small, the “training” system is still not popularized, foreign bases are not established, government support is lacking, the contradiction between learning and training is sharp, and the training system is not available.Retain high-quality football reserve talents and the level of youth training cannot keep up with the level of the first team. This article proposes the following suggestions in response to the above issues:Guoan Youth Training should complete system reform as soon as possible to speed up the "sports and education integration";Guoan Youth Training should abandon the "three-concentration" and try the walking training model;set up overseas training bases to help young players keep up International first-class football rhythm;apply for government support to actively coordinate the coordinated development of cultural classes and sports;delegate coaches to cooperate with primary and secondary schools in various areas to solve the problem of limited coverage of national security youth training.
