A Comparative Study On The Youth Training Mode Of Shanghai Port Football Club And Cerezo Osaka

Youth football is the reserve force of a country’s football development and an important foundation for the development of world football.The youth team of professional football club is the top priority of youth football development in every country.Compared with world-leading soccer power,the establishment of professional club is late,and the youth training of professional club has not got the corresponding attention.Throughout the world-leading soccer power,its professional club youth training has had a long development time and its youth training model is relatively perfect.But Japan,which is Asian football powerful country which adjacent across sea,the development time of professional club youth training is almost identical with our country,but has trained many stars to be active on the world stage,and its successful experience is worth drawing lessons from.This paper takes the football professional club’s youth training model as the research object.In order to develop China’s professional club’s youth training,this paper comprehensively uses the research methods of comparative case study,interview,field survey and quantitative analysis,and selects two football youth training cases of Shanghai Port Football Club in China and Cerezo Osaka in Japan to describe the different youth training models of the two clubs.And summed up the two in the concept of youth training,echelon management,training program,youth graded training and competition organization,coach training differences.Aiming at the differences above,this paper summarizes the deficiency of our professional club youth training mode through the expert interview,and puts forward the constructive suggestions.Through the above methods,this paper concludes that the mode of Chinese professional club youth training still has deficiencies in the concept of youth training,club management and training system of coaches.In view of the above shortcomings,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: first,establish a scientific and sustainable concept of Chinese football youth training and training objectives;Second,improve the management of the youth club;Third,reform the training system of coaches,clarify the relationship between power and responsibility of the youth training system.
