Research On The Training Path Of Ice And Snow Talents In Physical Education Institutions Under The Background Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development Strategy

The preparations for the Beijing Winter Olympics have boosted the development of the ice and snow industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,increasing the market demand for ice and snow talents.In order to cultivate ice and snow talents,all sports colleges and universities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region have set up ice and snow sports major(direction)one after another,but there are some problems to be solved in the process of training.Therefore,in the context of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy,exploring the training path of ice and snow talents and solving the problem of the lack of ice and snow sports education resources are of vital significance for meeting the demand of ice and snow talents,promoting the development of regional sports industry and promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.This article USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,based on the theory of coordination theory,sports colleges and universities in beijing-tianjin-hebei snow and ice,analyzing the present situation and problems of talent training based on the experience of the coordinated development of regional education both at home and abroad,explore the beijing-tianjin-hebei sports colleges and universities of ice and snow the path of the talent training.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Through the analysis of the status quo of ice-snow talent training in sports colleges and universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the following results were obtained :(1)The training period of ice-snow talent in sports colleges and universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei was relatively short and the development was unbalanced;(2)The distribution of snow and ice sports education resources in sports colleges and universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is unbalanced,and there are different situations such as lack of teachers and venues.2.Through the analysis of the current situation of collaborative training of ice and snow talents in sports colleges and universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,it is concluded that :(1)There are four ways of collaborative training of ice and snow talents in sports colleges and universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,which are "ice and snow" course,short-term exchange,"3+2" segmented training and "3+4" segmented training.(2)Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei sports colleges and universities integrate and rationally allocate the teaching resources of ice and snow sports through collaborative training,making up for the lack of educational resources such as teachers,venues and equipment in the training process,and ensuring the integrity of talent training;(3)Students have a high degree of satisfaction with the collaborative training of ice and snow talents,which can not only fully learn knowledge and skills,but also provide a platform for mutual communication and learning for physical education colleges,teachers and students.3.Through the analysis of the training paths of ice and snow talents in physical education colleges and universities under the background of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy,it is concluded that :(1)there are mainly two paths of independent training and collaborative training;(2)Each culture path has different characteristics and application scope;(3)There are many problems,such as unclear positioning of each collaborative training path,lack of education resource sharing system in the collaborative training process,one-sided teaching content involved in the collaborative training,and the collaborative training path has not been widely used.4.Based on the experience at home and abroad,the following conclusions can be drawn :(1)The sharing mechanism of quality education resources and the system of credit transfer and degree recognition should be established;(2)It is necessary to clarify the development goals and positioning of each physical education college and strengthen the top-level design;(3)To break administrative barriers,innovate the way of regional education development,and establish a sound talent exchange guarantee system;(4)A platform for educational cooperation and exchange should be established and a mechanism for guaranteeing employment for graduates should be established.5.Under the background of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy,seize the historical opportunity,start from the overall planning of the demand for ice-snow talents in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,clarify the strategic positioning and objectives,build a sharing mechanism of educational resources in the training process,actively implement the integration of research,production and learning,and advocate the diversity of training paths.In order to meet the social demand for ice and snow talents,promote the development of regional sports industry,and promote the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
