Research On Social Work Intervened In Doctor-Patient Conflict Adjustment

In recent years,with the development of medical and health care reforms,all sectors of society have attached great importance to building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Doctor-patient disputes and malignant injuries and medical incidents are constantly fermenting under various factors,which have aroused widespread social concern,and gradually the doctor-patient relationship has become a public issue in society.By analyzing the deep-seated factors that affect the imbalance of the relationship between doctors and patients,and exploring the way in which social work intervenes in the construction of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,it can effectively give play to the advantages of social work and promote the healthy development of my country’s medical and health services.The research begins with the reference to relevant domestic and foreign literatures,starting from the relevant theoretical concepts of the doctor-patient relationship,and understanding the current research status of doctor-patient problems.Through combing the domestic and foreign research literature,understanding the research results and the latest research directions,and reviewing the existing research,on this basis,the research ideas,research methods and research innovation are further elaborated.Secondly,guided by social conflict theory,social exchange theory,and psychological contract theory,field investigations are carried out on this basis to understand the current status of the doctor-patient relationship,refine the types of doctor-patient conflicts,and analyze the deep-seated reasons behind the conflicts.Analyze and clarify the mechanism of doctor-patient conflict.Through searching,identifying and sorting out relevant practical cases,we can clarify the positive effects of social work-related concepts,work methods and skills on the patient groups,medical care groups,medical service fields,and the harmonious development of society,and discuss the involvement of social work in doctor-patient disputes and doctor-patient disputes.Conflict adjustment can be a space.Use case work again to adapt social work theory and practical skills to the conflict between doctors and patients.The research selects typical cases for intervention,and through the development of relevant service plans,the case is accepted,estimated,planned,implemented,evaluated,and closed.Actively interact with conflicting subjects and intervene as a "third party".In the specific intervention process,assist patients and doctors to find problems,formulate reasonable solutions,and enhance mutual understanding between doctors and patients through timely communication,play the role of linking resources,actively seek multi-party cooperation,and explore efficient solutions.In order to achieve the prevention,mitigation and resolution of conflicts.Finally,evaluate the intervention plan,reflect on and summarize the effectiveness of the intervention.And from the perspective of social workers to efficiently resolve doctor-patient conflicts,put forward specific suggestions,grasp the specific strategies of social work intervention in doctor-patient conflict adjustment,and provide a reference for the mediation of doctor-patient conflicts,so as to achieve effective medical adjustment.Conflict and promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
