The "White Paper on the Practice of Chinese Physicians" promulgated in 2015 showedthat the number of wounded patients increased gradually.This shows that the relationship between doctors and patients is deteriorating.I have the honor to become a medical social work volunteers,take this opportunity to understand the relationship between doctors and patients of the status.As people become more and more concerned about medical services,people are beginning to realize that to fundamentally prevent and treat disease,must consider and focus on the patient's social and psychological factors.Social work in this area has other unparalleled advantages,in the intervention of the doctor-patient relationship,medical social workers in the "patient-centered" concept,in a timely manner to provide patients with relevant medical information,through the corresponding social work practices And the use of skills,psychological care and support for patients,which play a balance between doctors and patients information,to promote communication between doctors and patients,the establishment of harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.In this paper,the literature research method,interview method,case study method and other methods,first of all from the social work perspective on the relationship between doctors and patients to analyze and found the current relationship between doctors and patients: patients expect the doctor is too high,the current medical and patient disputes to solve the poor,Poor communication between patients and doctors,which is the most important communication between doctors and patients.The following explains the social work from three aspects involved in the relationship between doctors and patients,and analyzes the case of the need to deal with the use of doctors and patients to communicate.On this basis,the author draws out the concrete practice analysis,the author takes the real case in Chengdu H hospital as the background,tries to deal with the case work method to use the doctor to communicate,according to the analysis,the selected service object,carries on the detailed appraisal,the design service plan,Showing a complete case service process,and to sum up experience,to reflect on.This paper is different from the past from the macro point of view of the relationship between doctors and patients,another way,from the micro level focus on the intervention of doctors and patients,with some innovation,help to promote the localization of medical social work,and to build a harmonious Doctor-patient relationship is of great significance.
