A hundred years of life,based on young learning.Early childhood education is an important stage of individual education and development.At this stage,the development of young children has a sustained impact,which determines the development of the children`s direction,nature and level of social personality in the future.Therefore,for the healthy physical and mental development of children,it is very important to build a good growth environment.At the present stage,people have attached more importance to early childhood education.not only the construction of various infrastructure in kindergartens,but also attaches great importance to strengthening the application of information technology in kindergarten management,and improving the management level of kindergartens,at the same time,it can also provide a new way of intellectualized education and teaching for the healthy development of children.Therefore,this paper takes this as an entry point and designs an intelligent information platform for the fine management of kindergartens.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Construction of a fine management platform for kindergartens.According to the existing work processes of kindergarten,and then re-classify them scientifically and precisely,so that the work processes are more clear and detailed,and combined with computer technology to link up the work processes on the management platform,which makes the work of kindergartens more time-saving and labor-saving.(2)This paper proposes a multi-factor recommendation algorithm based on label.And the users can also choose the labels independently.The system will label users according to their basic information.On this platform,users can customize and prioritize labels according to their needs.The system can push the resource,according to the analysis of the user's original data,behavior data,similarity information,the information of user`s resource preference,and resource association and matching information,at the same time,the user's label information will be constantly updated according to the user's behavior data.The profit maximization of the kindergarten is affected by many factors,which can be attributed to the extremum problem of multivariate function.Based on the firefly search algorithm,this paper designs a quantum-inspired firefly algorithm by combining with quantum computation.If the factors affecting the profit of kindergartens are input into the platform,the kindergarten`s optimization result of maximizing the profit can be obtainedthrough the quantum--inspired firefly search algorithm,The experimental results confirm that the quantum-inspired firefly search algorithm has certain advantages compared with other algorithms.
