Secondary vocational education focuses on cultivating students’ practical ability and practical working ability,and training students to form strong job abilities and certain cross-post and cross-professional abilities.With the development of the times,secondary vocational education has ushered in new development opportunities and challenges.How to deliver qualified workers to the society and ensure that workers have high cultural and professional qualities has become an urgent problem in the development of secondary vocational education.Therefore,the construction of a "dual-teacher" famous teacher studio came into being,which not only can improve the professional development level of teachers,but also promote the development of teaching and research and improve teaching effects.As a new type of exploration of teacher professional development,the "dual-qualified"famous teacher studio not only has far-reaching significance for teacher professional development,but also has a huge impact on the education and teaching effect of secondary vocational colleges.Due to the relatively simple theoretical research of the famous teacher studio,the development of the famous teacher studio lacks sufficient theoretical support.Under such an educational environment,the author uses case study method,document method,questionnaire survey method and interview survey method to conduct analysis and research on the case studio.The specific contents are as follows:First of all,this research reviews the research status,and introduces the origin of the construction of the "dual teacher type" master studio of secondary vocational schools,introduces the construction goals and construction procedures,and introduces the selection criteria of the Jiangsu Province master studio.Secondly,it introduces the development process of the construction of the "dual-teacher" famous teacher studio in secondary vocational schools in Jiangsu Province,from the initial stage of development to the final stage of maturity to the evaluation period.In addition,this research analyzes the construction and operation of the "dual-teacher type" famous teacher studio through the analysis and research of the case studio,with the help of questionnaire surveys and interview surveys,and summarizes the construction through the operation results of the case studio The experience and the existing problems in the construction process have provided some construction enlightenment for the construction and operation of the "dual teacher type" famous teacher studio.
