| Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood,and the policy of security.The proper solution of employment problem is closely related to the long-term development of social economy.Contemporary college students as the main force to support the future social development,to help them successfully achieve employment or help them to find a satisfactory job,for the future social development,it is very important.Contemporary college students’ employment maximizes their own value for themselves.For the country,it helps to reduce social pressure,optimize the allocation of human resources and promote the harmonious development of society.Due to the large-scale expansion of colleges and universities,the scale of college students is increasing day by day,followed by more and more college students who need employment after graduation,which makes it more and more difficult for college students to get employment in the labor market.Therefore,the employment problem of college students has attracted more and more attention.How to help college students successfully achieve employment has gradually become one of the hot issues in society.In order to solve the problem of "difficult employment" of college students,the central government and local governments have successively issued a series of policies,such as the talent introduction policies of the state,various regions and cities,the relevant policies of College Students’voluntary construction in the western region,the "three supports and one support"policy,etc.these policies undoubtedly have played a certain role in alleviating the"employment difficulty" problem of college students,however,some of them have not The policy also has the problem of poor or low coincidence with the employment demand of college students.Only by truly understanding the employment demand of college students and designing employment policy pertinently can we achieve good results.Therefore,this paper starts from the employment intention of college students to explore the employment demand of college students.On the one hand,it is intended to promote the change of College Students’ employment concept,on the other hand,it aims to promote the employment policies of various regions to more conform to the employment orientation of College students.Based on the review of relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper first describes the current situation of College Students’ employment,and reviews and analyzes the students’ willingness to choose employment place,the policy of introducing talents,and the problems faced by college students in the process of employment.Then,through the questionnaire survey of some college students in Dalian,the paper uses SPSS statistical software to make statistics Based on the analysis and the establishment of regression analysis model,this paper empirically studies the factors that affect the choice of College Students’ employment intention,and draws some valuable conclusions.The results of this study show that:(1)college students have a clear preference for employment in big cities and look forward to employment in economically developed cities after graduation;(2)college students prefer to work in government institutions,and most of them still expect stable and guaranteed jobs,such as civil servants,teachers,employees of public institutions,etc.;(3)in terms of expected salary(4)the top three industries for college students to choose employment are education industry,Internet and it industry,finance,securities and insurance industry,etc.;(5)the employment factors that college students pay more attention to include job stability,salary,consistency between work and personal personality and interest,and personal development opportunities.In addition,the research on whether or not they are willing to return to their hometown as the dependent variable shows that the variables of personal characteristics,such as the source of students,the type of specialty in human capital,the expected salary in personal subjective variables,the industry variable in employment intention,the work unit variable of parents in family background variable,and the regional variable of parents’ expectation of their children’s employment,The regression analysis shows that the education variables in human capital variables have a significant impact on the dependent variables,while the individual subjective variables such as employment intention,industry variables and parents’ work unit variables in family background variables have no significant impact on whether they are willing to return to their hometown.Combined with the above research conclusions,the paper finally puts forward a series of targeted countermeasures and suggestions. |
