Xinjiang Rural University Students' Employment Intention And Influence Factors Analysis

University students' employment problem is come into the 21 st century,along with the rapid enrollment expansion of colleges and universities has been urgently needed to solve problems,and with economic development,cultural prosperity and social stability are closely related.Xinjiang social and economic rapid development in recent years,university graduates scale continuous growth,the rural college students more apparent.In rural Xinjiang agricultural university undergraduate course graduate employment intention as the research object,through questionnaire to obtain basic data,using STATA software binary Logistic model analysis was carried out on the graduate employment intention,won 13 influence factor for graduate employment intention of the actual size,which influence the urban and rural employment choice was eight significant elements of affecting employment unit selection has six;Six in both common significant influence factor,respectively that the size of the population age,the national college students themselves,family population size,the school honor,the employment choice of outside Xinjiang and professional categories.Based on the above empirical measurement results,from the government,university,family and individual four aspects put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the Xinjiang rural university students' employment.
