| In recent years,the value of Chinese excellent traditional culture has become increasingly prominent.There is a "traditional culture fever" in the society.Chinese people have turned their attention to traditional culture and draw rich nutrition from it.As an important place for ancient scholars to study knowledge,academies have made great contributions to social education in the development of thousands of years.The moral education implication of ancient academy management system refers to the moral education thought created by ancient academy in the management system level,which is embodied in the teaching system,etiquette system,assessment system and collection system,and is an important characteristic part of ancient academy education.Ancient academies attached great importance to moral education,which runs through the academy education and is also the goal of academy education.The academy has accumulated rich experience in the continuous development,which can be fully reflected by the academy management system.This paper uses comparative research,interdisciplinary research,literature research and case analysis to explore the moral implications of ancient academy teaching system,etiquette system,assessment system and library system for contemporary moral education in Colleges and universities.The second chapter discusses the academy teaching system and its moral education connotation,mainly including the teacher appointment system,teaching organization system,annual education system and their moral education connotation.The third chapter mainly discusses the etiquette system of ancient academies and its moral meaning,mainly including the morning and night rites,greeting rites,speaking rites and their moral meaning in sacrifice rites.The fourth chapter discusses the evaluation system and moral education implications,such as the moral evaluation system and academic evaluation system and their moral education implications.The fifth chapter discusses the collection system of ancient academies and its moral meaning,mainly including the moral meaning of the source of collection and collection management system.The sixth chapter discusses the Enlightenment of the moral education of ancient academy management system to the moral education of Contemporary Colleges and universities.On the basis of summarizing the contents of moral education of ancient academy management system in the first four chapters,combined with the shortcomings of Contemporary Colleges and universities,this chapter abstracts the reference value for the moral education of Contemporary Colleges and universities from the moral education connotation of academy management system.The author has a comprehensive and clear understanding of the ancient academy management system after in-depth study of its moral connotation,which is helpful for the author to introduce the moral education experience gained in the Academy into the contemporary moral education work in Colleges and universities,and further promote the development of moral education work in Colleges and universities. |
