The Research And Application Of Recrument Data Analysis Platform Based On NLP

With the development of the Internet,more and more job seekers tend to obtain recruitment information on the Internet,and enterprises are more willing to publish recruitment requirements on recruitment websites.With online recruitment gradually replacing offline recruitment as the most popular recruitment method,recruitment websites also get a lot of recruitment data,but these websites often ignore the information hidden in these recruitment data.Some studies of recruitment data have tried to give their own analysis,but these results are presented in the form of analysis reports,which cannot be provided to a wide range of job seekers.On the other hand,although there are many researches on resume analysis and recommendation in the field of NLP,the analysis of recruitment data is still in its infancy,which leads to the lack of existing mature paradigm for information extraction of recruitment data,and the information extraction scheme of recruitment data still needs further study.The goal of this topic is to develop a recruitment data analysis platform,and try to solve the recruitment data information extraction problem.Based on this goal,the following contents are studied:1.A crawler tool is developed,which can crawl the latest recruitment information from different recruitment websites in real-time and store the information in the Mysql database.The tool can also climb the historical recruitment data,which is the data source of the platform.2.A recruitment data analysis system is developed,which integrated crawler,website,and NLP model.The system can be used to display the results of statistical analysis of recruitment data and provide interactive functions to display the statistics of interest to users.3.The methods of recruitment data information extraction are explored;the skills extraction task is improved by the proposed NER model framework.The experimental result demonstrates the effectiveness of our framework.
