| With the rapid development of Internet information technology,today’s way of talent recruitment has changed from the traditional way of job fairs to the main way of online recruitment.The information of online recruitment platform can effectively reflect the demand of today’s market for talents.In recent years,the field of big data is hot,which is one of the areas of global concern.With the continuous development of big data industry in China,the demand for data analysis talents is growing,and there are shortages in supply and regional differences.This paper collects the recruitment data of data analysis posts in the recruitment website,analyzes the market details and post demand of data analysis posts,helps colleges and universities to train data analysis talents more specifically,helps relevant job seekers better understand the employment situation,and inputs core talents of big data for China’s big data field to help the development of China’s big data industry All of them are of great significance.In this paper,we use web crawlers to crawl 11911 data analysis posts related to Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Guizhou and Guangxi from 51 job.com and make a comprehensive analysis.First of all,it makes exploratory statistical analysis on structured data,including an overall analysis of the company nature,company scale,industry category,requirements for education background and work experience of six provinces and cities’ data analysis posts,The paper compares the regional differences of six provinces in three aspects:company nature,education level requirements and work experience requirements,then analyzes the influencing factors of salary,and establishes a regression model.Finally,the unstructured data of the job description is mined,and TF-IDF algorithm is used to extract the key words of the job description,and word2 vec is used to supplement the important words which are similar to the key words,so as to further analyze the job requirements of data analysis.The research results show that data analysis posts are mainly distributed in the Internet,e-commerce and other industries,most of the company’s scale companies are small and medium-sized private companies;the education requirements are not high,most of them are junior college and undergraduate;most of the posts have 1-2 years of work experiencerequirements;the average salary of data analysis posts is about 9000,and the salary is mainly affected by the region,education background,experience and whether to master the phase Turn off the impact of the software.Job requirements can be summed up in four aspects:(1)requirements for education background,major and work experience: most of them require full-time undergraduate course and junior college;they mainly need economics,statistics,computer and Mathematics Major: job seekers are expected to have two to three years of work experience.(2)Requirements for professional skills: master more than one programming language,such as python,SQL,SAS,R,etc.;be able to process massive data,such as cleaning,analyzing,summarizing and making data reports;have certain statistical analysis knowledge.(3)Requirements for personal accomplishment: good communication ability and expression ability;logical thinking ability,flexible mind and organized work;team spirit,sense of responsibility and conscientious work.(4)Requirements for business capability: have the ability to understand data business,especially the business capability related to requirement analysis and data analysis. |
