The main research object of this paper is the College of Science and Art of Jingdezhen Ceramic University.Based on Jiangxi Province,this paper combines the actual survey data of the School of Art and Technology of Jingdezhen Ceramic University to analyze the employment status and internal laws of the college graduates.Through the integration and analysis of derived data from multiple sources such as the "Jiangxi University Graduate Employment Information Management and Monitoring System",data analysis found that the employment status of the college ’ s graduates remained at a good level,mainly reflected in the employment of graduates The level of employment rates,whereabouts of employment,whereabouts of units,whereabouts of jobs,and the proportion of entering schools.With the development of China’s economy,the level of running schools in various universities is constantly improving,and the development of Chinese university graduates is also obvious to all.However,according to the analysis of the current employment status of college graduates,it is found that there are four main problems faced by graduates of Jingdezhen Ceramic University College of Science and Technology.One is that the satisfaction of college graduates is average;the other is their own employment needs.Unclear;third,college students participate in job hunting activities less frequently;fourth,college students have too high expectations of their own professional treatment.Graduates will encounter a series of problems in the process of entering society.The college should play a guiding role and provide employment assistance to graduates through employment knowledge and skills training,open experimental projects,employment seminars,entrepreneurship training programs,etc.And guidance.This paper focuses on the interaction between colleges and universities,graduates and employers,and analyzes the impact of these three interactions on graduate employment.Carry out specific analysis based on the perspective of colleges and universities,and give corresponding strategies for the above problems one by one.First,we must strengthen the guidance of employment services and improve the construction of employment work system;second,we must help graduate students to start their own businesses and vigorously promote national entrepreneurship policies;third,It is necessary to intensify the teaching reform of innovation and innovation,and improve the practical ability of graduate students;fourth,to in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation and exchanges,and guide graduate students to diversify employment;fifth,to help students settle in incubation bases and make good use of the convenient conditions of the center.It is hoped that this paper can provide a certain reference for the development of the college,and further implement the spirit of the document "Opinions of the State Council on Further Doing a Good Job in Employment and Entrepreneurship in the New Situation" under the new situation,so that the college’s graduate employment work will be better and better.
