| With the continuous development of the concept of "three complete education",class teachers,as an irreplaceable part of the ideological and political education team in universities,play an important role in the process of university growth.Educational ecology provides a new theoretical perspective and way of thinking for people to observe and understand education.From the perspective of educational ecology,the article focuses on the influence of constituent elements on the education mechanism of class teachers in colleges and universities.It not only helps to enrich the theory of ideological and political education in universities,but also provides a methodology for the development of education mechanisms for class teachers in universities.From the Marxist standpoint and viewpoint,this paper uses the literature research method,interview method,and system analysis method to take educational ecology as a theoretical tool,and uses the theoretical perspective and thinking mode of ecology to study the education mechanism of head teachers in colleges and universities.The mechanism is regarded as a unified whole with dynamic balance composed of subject,object,mediator and environment.It analyzes and judges each element of the education mechanism and the relationship between each element.In order to affirm the existing results,find existing problems,promote the optimization of the mechanism,and promote the role of class teachers,interviews and surveys were conducted with university class teachers,heads of departments responsible for class teachers,and college students.Through investigations,it is found that in recent years,the teacher education mechanism of class teachers has certain guarantees in terms of the system environment and its effectiveness.However,there are also some problems,mainly reflected in the four basic elements:the positioning of the subject is not clear,the professional ability needs to be improved,the interaction between the subject and the object is difficult to deepen,the effectiveness of the mediator is insufficient,and the ecological environment problem is increasingly prominent.Further research on the problem found that the ecosystem concept in the top-level design needs to be improved,the factors in the education mechanism are inadequately linked,and the impact of the environment in the big age is the cause of the existing problems of the teacher education mechanism.In this regard,use the theory of educational ecology to optimize the analysis of the education mechanism of class teachers in colleges and universities:first,strengthen ecological thinking and strengthen top-level design;second,follow the niche principle,the main body must clarify responsibilities,promote identity;third,follow the principle of dynamic balance,and promote harmony between subject and object;fourth,follow the principles of the ecological chain and improve the mediator of the education mechanism;fifth,follow the systemic principle and optimize the ecological environment of the education mechanism. |
