Research On The Construction Of Teacher-student Community From The Perspective Of Music Ecology Class In Junior Middle School

The right and wrong of education and the gains and losses can be reflected in the teacher-student relationship.The ideal teacher-student relationship is mutual respect,mutual love,and harmonious coexistence,which is based on love and care to grow together and share the beautiful and loving side of education.Since the implementation of the new curriculum standards,classroom teaching practice has paid more attention to the return of education.Teachers need to approach students and truly understand them.Only by being open-minded between teachers and students can teachers truly guide students to learn independently and achieve common growth between teachers and students.For students,the teacher-student community is conducive to students from "hard work" to "learning",which cannot only accelerate the accumulation of knowledge,but also help students to cultivate and stimulate their innovative ability and spirit.For teachers,the teaching process is not only a process of teacher's life activities,professional growth and self-realization,but also a process of sharing understanding with students.Community of teachers and students of the author as a junior high school music classroom ecological horizon,construct the designers of the participants and practitioners,try using the humanism education ecology view as the theoretical basis,teachers and students in compulsory education music course standard(2011)as a guide,look at the current relationship between teachers and students,actively explore the meaning of the relationship between teachers and students of junior high school music ecological classroom horizon,characteristics,at the same time use the case study method of literature analysis,questionnaire survey method Action study method and interview method to explore the problems of the relationship between teachers and students and its reasons,a line directly into teaching,collect abundant teaching materials,to deeply expounds the subject,the full text is divided into four parts: first,to prepare parts: by collecting literatures at home and abroad,the writer prepare knowledge concept;Second,the current situation survey: in-depth study of the teaching front line,the actual investigation of the current teaching situation;Thirdly,based on the relevant theoretical knowledge and the investigation of the current situation,the construction strategy of the community of teachers and students in the middle school music ecology class is formulated.Fourth: the practice part: according to the construction strategy,the teaching practice of the teacher-student community in the middle school music ecology classroom is explored.Of teachers and students from the junior middle school music classroom ecological community,it breaks the traditional teacher on image,given the new orientation,namely the teacher is teaching director,need to close cooperation with the student to complete the teaching activities teachers should focus on cultivating students' aesthetic perception of music art performance and cultural understanding to make the teachers and students become equal and harmonious life between the development of the dynamically generated body,in the process of interaction and creation to realize individual development and grow up together.
