Centennial plan,education-oriented;Teachers are the most important plan for education.Whether the teacher education partnership mode can be applied normally has an important impact on improving the quality of teacher education and realizing the professional development of teachers.Theoretically, teaching is a clinical practice profession taught through academia, which requires the acquisition of teaching knowledge, situational knowledge, practical knowledge, etc.,and should be rooted in practical places such as primary and secondary schools. From a practical point of view, through interview investigation, this paper finds that the insufficient application of the teacher education partnership model affects the qualitative progress of teacher education. In terms of participants, the differences between subjects, the lack of participation roles of some subjects, and insufficient exchanges and cooperation between subjects have not been properly handled. In terms of application environment, the construction of campus cultural environment is insufficient, resource symbiosis is limited, and the incentive mechanism is not perfect. In terms of overall operation, individual mobility is insufficient, knowledge exchange is not smooth, and information transmission is blocked.Based on a full understanding of the application of the teacher education partnership model, this study uses the concepts of ecological subject, ecological environment and ecosystem in educational ecology to analyze the problems existing in the current application process and attribute the non-ecological status. On this basis, the ideal application mode of the teacher education partnership model is explained, and then an optimization strategy is proposed to promote the ecological operation of the teacher education partnership model.Specifically,in the actual operation of the teacher education partnership model, there is a structural imbalance of ecological subjects, which are mainly due to unclear individual ecological niche cognition and insufficient development of ecological group dynamics. The ecological environment is getting out of control because of insufficient construction of cultural environment, limited symbiosis of educational resources, and imperfect incentive mechanisms. The dysfunction of parts of the ecosystem is attributed to the untimely succession of education and insufficient co-evolution.In the context of the application of the teacher education partnership cooperation model, the ecological subjects have a clear division of labor, cooperate in an orderly manner, and establish a well-structured cooperation community. The content and form of cooperation are highly compatible with the surrounding environment, and sustainable development is achieved with the blessing of a good ecological environment, while improving and optimizing the environment to achieve a win-win situation; With teacher professional development as the core, build an education ecosystem that integrates knowledge flow, information flow and energy flow. Therefore, the basic principles and laws of educational ecology are used to optimize the structure of the ecological subject of the teacher-education partnership model, including clarifying the cognition of individual ecological niches and fully releasing the ecological dynamics of groups.Build an ecological environment conducive to partnership, such as improving the cultural habitat for teachers’ professional development, rationally allocating teacher education resources, and establishing sound incentive mechanisms; The restoration of existing ecosystems can be carried out from the aspects of promoting the smooth progress of educational succession and improving the operation mechanism of co-evolution.
