Research On Employment Status And Influencing Factors Of Sports Education Graduates Of Key Universities In Jilin Province From 2016 To 2018

Research on the employment status and influencing factors of sports education major graduates of key universities in Jilin Province from 2017 to 2019.With the development of the times,colleges and universities continue to expand enrollment,and the employment of college students has become a perplexing problem in Colleges and universities.This study takes the employment status of sports education major students in key universities in Jilin Province as the breakthrough point,and investigates the employment situation of students majoring in Physical Education in 2016-2018 This paper discusses the causes of affecting students’ employment,and provides valuable thinking for broadening the employment channels of students maj oring in physical education.Through the methods of literature review,questionnaire,principal component analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates and analyzes the employment status,employment intention,employment process and influencing factors of Physical Education Major Students in key universities in Jilin Province1.From 2016 to 2018,the employment rate of graduates majoring in Physical Education in Jilin province’s key universities is high,but the degree of specialty matching is low.The satisfaction degree of graduates majoring in physical education is low,and the salary income is between 2501-4500 yuan.2.From 2016 to 2018,the graduates of physical education major in key universities in Jilin Province have a low understanding of employment policies,and most of them do not understand the national employment policies;the main channels for graduates to obtain employment information are online recruitment,on campus and off campus job fairs;they pay attention to employment late and receive less employment guidance.3.Through factor analysis,the influencing factors of employment status of physical education major in Jilin Province from 2016 to 2018 are divided into five main components,which are school factor,relatives and friends factor,academic factor,employment expectation factor and social factor.Among the school factors,the most influential factor is the school professional talent training program;among the relatives and friends factors,the most influential factor is the help of parents’network for graduates’ employment;the highest influence degree of academic factor is their own special ability;the highest influence degree of employment expectation factor is salary;the highest influence degree of social factor is the economic development level of the region.And put forward the following suggestions:the state to increase the support of physical education students,to achieve overall consideration;the school to improve the popularity of physical education major,improve the school hardware facilities;college students should give full play to their potential on the basis of hard work;social departments to open employment training courses to ensure the smooth employment of college students.The following suggestions are put forward:the state increases the support for the students majoring in physical education to make overall plans;the school strives to improve the popularity of the major of physical education and improve the hardware facilities of the school;the students should study hard and practice hard on the basis of giving full play to their potential;the relevant social departments should set up employment training courses to ensure the smooth employment of the students...
