With the reform and development of preschool education in China,the scale of preschool education is expanding,and the quality of preschool education has become a common concern for practitioners and researchers.A large number of studies have shown that high-quality kindergarten education should be suitable for the development of young children,and should be based on the characteristics and needs of children’s physical and mental development.Teachers’ professional ability is an important factor affecting the quality of education,and observation ability is the most basic quality,observation is one of the prerequisites for teachers to provide appropriate and effective education for young children.The game is the basic activity of kindergarten,and the game is accompanied by the childhood life of young children,which contains the inner vitality of development.Role play is one of the most typical forms of play for young children,which can promote the development of children in many aspects.Teachers’ observation in kindergarten games in our country has not attracted enough attention,the phenomenon of teachers’ observation ability is generally lacking in the game activities,and the role games contain a large number of educational opportunities.Improving teachers’ observation ability in role games is helpful to fully understand and interpret the development level and needs of young children,thus providing appropriate and effective support for early childhood development.First-line teachers of Z garden in a city of Henan Province were selected as the research object.At the beginning of the study,the researchers used interview method,content analysis method,observation method and literature research method to investigate the current situation of teachers’ observation and understanding of children’s role games.The results showed thatteachers’ observation consciousness was weak,observation purpose was not clear,observation content was random,observation method was single,observation record was not objective science,Lack of basis for analysis of observations.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of teachers’ observation in kindergarten role games,the researchers took action to study the ways to propose The purpose of the observation ability of kindergarten teachers in high role games is to construct the action plan of "improving the observation ability of kindergarten teachers in role games ".Through the spiral development process of " plan —— action ——inspect —— reflection —— re-planning ",three rounds of action research are carried out.After three rounds of action research,the researchers compared the observation of five teachers in Z garden before and after participating in action learning and found that the teachers’ awareness of observation in role play activities was obviously enhanced,teachers could choose more suitable observation contents according to observation purposes,the observation methods were more flexible and diverse,the observation records were more objective and scientific,and the analysis of observation results was more based.The researchers put forward the following results in combination with the above the analysis and the development of action research :1.Strengthening teachers’ observation will is the dynamic premise to enhance kindergarten teachers’ observation ability in role games;2.The entry point of kindergarten teachers’ observation ability in role games;3.Systematic observation theory knowledge is the knowledge guarantee to improve kindergarten teachers’ observation ability in role games;4.Grasp the characteristics of role games activity is the key point to improve kindergarten teachers’ observation ability in role games.Kindergarten teachers’ observation ability in role play activities has been improved,and the effectiveness of the action plan has been verified. |
