| Modern society has entered the era of informatization,and new information technologies such as cloud computing,big data,Internet of Things,mobile Internet,artificial intelligence,etc.are gradually being widely used in various fields of society.Information technology is constantly developing.With the advent of 5G era,information network technology will bring greater changes to our lives,work and learning.Informationized teaching reform has become an urgent need to realize the modernization of education in new era.The Blended teaching is a teaching concept of teaching quality based on "Internet platform + Education",while all teaching links are optimized and integrated to improve teaching quality through combining the advantages of traditional teaching and online teaching and basing on the students’ academic conditions,the teaching objectives and content of courses taught.This kind of teaching method can not only give full play to the advantages of traditional classroom teaching,take teachers as the guide to organize teaching,but also make students as the center to actively mobilize their enthusiasm and initiative in learning,which provides a new direction for teaching reform.This paper aims to analyze the problems in the tourism major teaching of secondary vocational education through investigation,draw on the successful model of Blended teaching reform based on the Internet teaching platform,as well as combining my own work practice,and taking the Ketangpai as the Internet teaching platform.It takes the "Tourism Policy and Laws and Regulations" course of Yongzhou Vocational and Technical College where I teach as a case,to explore the Blended teaching practice,propose optimization strategies and views,and provide reference for the application of Blended teaching in other courses of secondary vocational education and tourism,which hopes to provide new ideas for the reform of blended teaching based on "Internet platform + Education".This paper is composed of six chapters,the main contents are as follows: The first chapter is an introduction,which clarifies the background and significance of this research,and consults and analyzes the research literature at home and abroad,clarifies the purpose and research ideas.It adopts practical and feasible research methods and technical routes,and sorts out the development process of the Blended teaching model,so as to establish the overall research framework of this paper;Chapter 2 is related concepts and theoretical foundations,mainly defining the concepts related to this research including Blended teaching mode,online teaching platform and secondary vocational tourism major,which expounds the constructivism,humanism and theoretical basis of "The subjectivity and dominant teaching" that play guiding role in this research;The third chapter is the feasibility analysis of Blended teaching in secondary vocational tourism major,the advanced teaching theory is taken as the guide,while adopting standard research methods such as questionnaire survey and interview method.The characteristics and current situation of secondary vocational tourism major teaching,the academic characteristics of students in secondary vocational tourism major and the feasibility of Blended teaching are analyzed in detail.The fourth chapter is an exploration of the Blended teaching model of secondary vocational school based on Ketangpai.Aiming at the teaching characteristics of secondary vocational tourism majors and the characteristics of students’ academic conditions,a Blended teaching model of secondary vocational tourism majors based on Ketangpai is carefully designed,while the basic analysis and teaching evaluation design of the Blended teaching of the secondary vocational tourism major based on Ketangpai is proposed;Chapter 5 is an empirical research —Taking the "Tourism Policy and Laws and Regulations" course of Yongzhou Vocational and Technical College as an example,a semester of teaching practice was implemented in Class 1 of Tourism Service and Management of the Secondary Vocational School 2018,which verified the feasibility and effectiveness of this model.The sixth chapter is strategy and suggestions.It analyzes the problems found in teaching practice and research,and puts forward strategies and suggestions for solution.Finally,the seventh chapter is the research summary and prospect.This research draws the following conclusions: First of all,the survey results demonstrate that students in secondary vocational school generally think that the content of "Tourism Policy and Laws and Regulations" course is abstract,while it’s difficult for knowledge understanding,and learning is more hard;students themselves have poor learning foundation who are lack of motivation to learn;Their study habits and autonomous learning ability are not good;students have poor self-control,whose frequency of mobile phone use is quite high;students prefer activity-oriented teaching methods;students are proficient in using smart mobile terminals to surf the Internet,who have strong information learning ability.Secondly,based on the analysis of the academic conditions and teaching status of the secondary vocational tourism major,a Blended teaching model based on Ketangpai has been designed,which can be divided into four parts of basic analysis,teaching design,teaching implementation and teaching evaluation.The teaching resources of this model should have the characteristics of knowledge point,multimedia,short time,situation simulation,highlighting difficult points,vivid and interesting,high definition and so on.Thirdly,in the process of practical application of this model,it is necessary to pay attention to integrating and designing online and offline teaching methods,as well as teacher-student teaching interaction according to the students’ academic conditions and teaching content,so as to improve teaching efficiency.Fourthly,during the teaching process,attention should be paid to taking care of students’ online learning progress,monitoring their online learning,and timely evaluation of online learning and performance.The innovations of this research are as follows: First of all,a Blended online and offline teaching model has been designed based on the academic characteristics of secondary vocational tourism major.According to the teaching practice and course content,a variety of acitivities-oriented teaching methods such as case study are adopted to carry out empirical exploration.Secondly,the strong teaching process management and teacher-student interaction function of Ketangpai teaching platform are applied to quantify and supervise students’ online preview,classroom learning and online review after class,so as to promote their ability to learn autonomously and better complete their tasks,thus it has obvious teaching effectiveness and strong operability. |
