A Study On The Spread Of Red Culture In Local Colleges And Universities In Ethnic Areas

The red culture formed and developed by the CPC leading the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country in the process of revolution,construction and reform is the most precious spiritual wealth of our future generations.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the need to make good use of red resources,carry forward red traditions,and pass on red genes.Under the premise that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,we should learn red history,inherit and carry forward the fine red spirit,and use the heroic deeds of our revolutionary ancestors to inspire us to exercise self-discipline and strengthen ourselves without fear of hardship.let the red culture become a powerful spiritual force in our cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.Especially for the ethnic areas where many ethnic minorities have complex folk customs and rich resources of red culture,this paper studies the current situation and problems of the spread of red culture in local colleges and universities in ethnic areas,and puts forward feasible strategic thinking,so as to provide some valuable suggestions for enriching the research theory of red culture in ethnic areas and improving the spread of red culture in ethnic areas.At the same time,it is of great practical significance for local college students in ethnic areas to enhance their awareness of red culture,to promote the spread of red culture in local colleges and universities in ethnic areas,to further strengthen ethnicunity in ethnic areas,and to promote red culture in ethnic areas to help them get rid of poverty.Nowadays,red culture has been paid more attention to in local colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas,and the spread of red culture has been relatively enhanced,so we can see that there are some achievements,but we can still see that there are many deficiencies that need to be paid attention to and strengthened.This paper takes the spread of red culture in local colleges and universities in ethnic areas as the main research object,and selects Kaili College in Qiandongnan Prefecture,which is located in ethnic minority areas and has rich revolutionary history and rich red cultural resources,to conduct a survey.Under the premise of using the basic theories and scientific methods of Marxism as the guidance,relying on the theory of ideological and political education,and comprehensively using the relevant knowledge and methods of communication,sociology,statistics and so on,it is discussed from the following four aspects:The first chapter is an overview of the spread of red culture in local colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas.First of all,it discusses the origin of the formation of red culture and the form and characteristics of red culture in ethnic areas,including the historical background,family-country emotion and guiding theory of the formation of red culture.the relationship between red culture and ethnic areas is mainly countless red footprints and endless feelings between the army and thepeople,and the form of red culture in ethnic areas is mainly manifested in tangible material form and intangible spiritual form.Red culture in ethnic minority areas has the characteristics of diverse cultural forms,significant regionality,rich spiritual connotation,strong continuity of time and space and so on.Secondly,it discusses the necessity and feasibility of the spread of red culture in local colleges and universities for college students and colleges and universities according to its contents and characteristics.The second chapter is the investigation of the current situation of the spread of red culture in local colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas.It is mainly the selection and distribution of the questionnaire,as well as the feasibility and scientific discussion of the questionnaire;then according to the carding and analysis of the survey data,summed up the results and problems of the spread of red culture in local colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas.Its effects include students’ basic understanding of red culture,students’ general recognition of the value of red culture,local colleges and universities pay more attention to red culture,and become an important support for the construction of campus culture.There are some problems in the spread of red culture in local colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas,such as poor communication effect of red culture,weak consciousness of red culture communication,lack of content of red culture communication,lagging channels of red culture communication,and incomplete communicationcoverage.The third chapter is about the reasons for the problems in the spread of red culture in local colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas.According to the problems existing in the spread of red culture in local colleges and universities in ethnic areas summarized in the previous chapter,this paper analyzes the reasons that affect the spread of red culture in local colleges and universities in ethnic areas.There are mainly the following aspects: the spread of red culture is not in-depth and incomplete,the understanding of the spread of red culture is narrow,the excavation and utilization of local resources is not enough,the communication channels are slightly traditional and limited,the number of communication subjects is small and lack of joint force.The fourth chapter is about the countermeasures of the spread of red culture in local colleges and universities.According to the analysis of the reasons in the third chapter,to do a good job in the dissemination of red culture in local colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas,we should start from the following five aspects: increasing communication efforts,enhancing communication awareness,enriching communication content,improving communication channels and building communication team.put forward targeted practical measures.
