| Vocational education school-enterprise cooperation is the inevitable way to cultivate technical skills talents.In recent years,it has been highly valued by the party and the state.The state has issued multiple policies to guide the healthy and sustainable development of vocational education,so as to give full play to the role of vocational education in promoting the national economy.Role in development.As part of the vocational education system,secondary vocational education should actively explore school-running models,deepen school-enterprise cooperation,and improve the quality of education.In recent years,Linfen Secondary Vocational School keeps up with the pace of the party and the country,strives to run vocational education,promotes the spirit of craftsmanship in the whole society,and provides talent support for the economic transformation of Linfen.In order to understand the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in Linfen secondary vocational schools,the author used the investigation and research method to investigate the faculty and staff of three secondary vocational schools in Linfen and the employees of some cooperative enterprises.The interpretation shows that the problems of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools in Linfen have been truly grasped.Since school-enterprise cooperation is a project involving multiple subjects and has certain complexity,school-enterprise cooperation must be governed by multiple subjects.There are four chapters in this article: Chapter One Introduction,introduces the research background,explains the significance of this research,sorts out and summarizes relevant domestic and foreign documents,and clarifies the current situation and direction of the research.It also defines the concept of secondary vocational school and school-enterprise cooperation,and analyzes the theoretical basis for school-enterprise cooperation-governance theory and stakeholder theory.The second chapter introduces the status quo of school-enterprise cooperation of secondary vocational schools in Linfen City,including the status quo of economic and social development of Linfen City,the running situation of secondary vocational schools,the realization form of school-enterprise cooperation,and the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation.Chapter 3 summarizes the survey results and points out that there are four problems in the school-enterprise cooperation of secondary vocational schools: insufficient breadth,insufficient depth,insufficient continuity,and low effectiveness.It also discusses in detail from specific aspects and analyzes the formation.Five main reasons behind the problem.Based on governance theory and stakeholder theory,Chapter Four proposes strategies to promote school-enterprise cooperation between secondary vocational schools in Linfen City from the perspective of the government,vocational schools,enterprises,industry organizations,and the public that participate in school-enterprise cooperation. |
