As an important part of basic education,preschool education plays an important role in human development,and preschool teachers,as full-time personnel in preschool education,are the implementers of various educational work.So what is the impact of preschool teachers on preschool education? What is the relationship between preschool teachers’ professional quality and preschool education quality? In order to find out this problem,this research takes the preschool teacher’s professional accomplishment and the present situation of the kindergarten care quality as the starting point,uses "the preschool teacher’s professional accomplishment and the care quality questionnaire "," the preschool teacher’s professional accomplishment and the care quality observation outline" and "the preschool teacher’s professional accomplishment and the care quality observation outline" This paper investigates the present situation of preschool teachers’ professional accomplishment and teaching quality in a kindergarten in Xishui county,and analyzes the present situation of preschool teachers’ professional accomplishment and teaching quality by means of anova and correlation analysis.The conclusion of this study is: the overall level of kindergarten teachers’ professional literacy is relatively high,among the three factors of professional concept and teachers’ ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability,the kindergarten kindergarten teachers’ professional knowledge developed best;the quality of teaching in the garden is also relatively high,the quality of teaching results in the highest quality;the relationship between kindergarten teachers’ professional literacy and quality of education is positive correlation,and the change of teaching quality can be explained by 41.9% of teachers’ professional concept,teachers’ ethics and teachers’ professional ability.Therefore,according to the results of this study,preschool teachers’ professional literacy,especially the professional concept of preschool teachers and teachers’ ethics and professional ability It has great influence on the development of teaching quality,and improving the professional quality of preschool teachers is the key to improve the quality of teaching.Finally,in order to improve the professional quality of preschool teachers and promote the development of kindergarten care quality as the foothold,combined with the results of the study,the following suggestions are put forward: first,give play to the basic and guiding role of professional ideas and teachers’ ethics,control the quality and development direction of preschool teachers;second,stimulate the dynamic role of professional knowledge,faster and better promote the professional development of preschool teachers;finally,form a joint educational effort to promote the professional ability of preschool teachers in many ways. |
