The logistics service of colleges and universities in China is closely related to the development of colleges and universities.As an important guarantee unit for undertaking college teaching and scientific research activities,the responsibility of the college logistics service system is mainly based on the actual needs of college teaching and scientific research activities,providing teachers and students with life support,housing and related supporting facilities and other logistics services.After years of reform and development,the logistics department of the university has gradually separated from the school’s administrative management system,realized the transition from a planned economy to a market economy,and has evolved into an independent accounting business entity.It is precisely because college logistics entities already have general corporate attributes in substance and form,so the management and management of college logistics entities can also be applied to the relevant theoretical system of strategic management.Based on the definition and theoretical introduction of related concepts such as university logistics services and corporate strategic management,this thesis uses PEST,Porter’s Five Forces Model,and SWOT analysis to analyze the management status and competitive environment of C Independent College Logistics Group.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,the author analyzed the problems facing the development of the school logistics group,and finally formulated a targeted development strategy and supporting measures based on the external environment and internal competitiveness of the school logistics group.The improvement of the management and operation level of the College Logistics Group provides useful reference.The research in this thesis shows: First,the social reform of the logistics entities in colleges and universities is the general trend.Enterprise,intensive,and specialization have become the distinctive features of the development of the logistics department in colleges and universities in China.Independent colleges should attach great importance to the management and operation of logistics groups,and analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of later group management operations in order to achieve the synchronous development of logistics groups and parent universities.Second,the statistical analysis of the questionnaire shows that the problems in the development of the logistics group of the Independent College of C are: the organizational structure is not reasonable,the performance evaluation method is not comprehensive,the enterprise logistics system is not perfect,the service method innovation ability is low,and the human resource planning is not scientific Incomplete information construction.Thirdly,the selection of the logistics group development strategy of C Independent College should start from the three aspects of reducing business operating costs,dynamically improving the business structure,and establishing an intelligent logistics system.At the same time,supporting measures such as optimizing the organizational structure,strengthening performance evaluation,and improving the service system should be adopted to ensure that Its development strategy can be implemented smoothly.The innovations of this article are mainly: one is to discuss the enterprise characteristics of the logistics entity of the university through theoretical analysis;the other is to analyze the development status of the special type of university logistics group in the form of a case study,which is representative Thirdly,the relevant information of the logistics group of the case university was obtained through a questionnaire survey,which made the research more targeted.
