In the traditional sense,educational punishment means that teachers,based on a certain educational purpose,give a negative response to students’ improper behaviors,making students feel painful and guilty,thus serving as a warning to avoid the recurrence of improper behaviors.Educational punishment is an educational way to promote students to acquire good behavior.In kindergarten,children in development also need guidance for their improper behavior,but the traditional way of punishment is not suitable for young children.The caring ethics of Nel Noddings provides a new perspective for preschool teachers’ educational punishment from the perspective of caring--preschool teachers is above all a caretaker in the punishment.From the perspectives of caring relationship,caring psychological state,caring teacher-student relationship and so on.This paper explores the position of caregiver for preschool teachers in educational punishment,and provides a new idea for implementing care-oriented educational punishment.In the theoretical construction of the first half,this research through the literature method to collect remote care theory and education disciplinary information,methodological enlightenment based on caring theory,The study found that preschool teachers should be punished in education for happiness,respect,freedom and responsibility,Construct the new connotation of "interaction","positive mind","withdrawal" and "test" of preschool teachers’ educational punishment with the theory of care."cognitive","reason","reaction" and "reflection" is the internal structure of preschool teacher education disciplinary,differentiate the caring type education continuity of care,relationship and punishment,and in the process of implementation of the people-oriented,the principle of moderate scale,according to their aptitude,and since the.From the perspective of concern,this paper explores the appropriate state of preschool teachers’ educational punishment.In the second half of the empirical study,kindergartens with the concept of caring in practice were explored through observation and interview,and the caring factors of preschool teachers’ educational punishment were observed and analyzed in the realistic educational context.It wasfound that teachers’ "cognition" in the process of educational punishment was reflected in their grasp of children’s behavior motivation.In "reason",they can control the emotion of punishment and firmly punish the educational intention;The "response" is that the punishment they give to children is rational and appropriate;In "reflection",they reflected on their response to children’s punishment and their own punishment methods.In reality,teachers’ educational punishments in the actual educational situation are determined,follow certain principles and accompanied by love,which all show teachers’ disciplinary care.Finally,the realization of the educational punishment of the caring preschool teacher should start from the cooperation of kindergarten,teacher and family.Kindergarten infiltrate the concept of care in management and training of teachers.While improving their care quality,teachers establish a caring teacher-child relationship and cooperate with each other as a carer.Under the concerted efforts of the kindergarten,teachers and parents,a caring community centered on the comprehensive development of children will be built. |
