Private Colleges In Jiangxi Province Double Type Teaching Staff Construction

Centenary plan,education-oriented.Education is a major plan,and teachers are the main ones.The Fifth Plenary Session of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee proposed the implementation of the strategy of strengthening education in the province,and private higher vocational education as an important component of education.The implementation of the strategy of strengthening education in the province must bring major opportunities for the development of private higher vocational colleges,and private higher vocational colleges should have great success.We must strive to improve the quality of personnel training,and the key to improving the quality of personnel training lies in building a team of highly qualified,specialized and innovative "double-teacher" teachers.It will lay a solid foundation for improving the quality of technical skills training,improving the vocational education and training system,and promoting the modernization of vocational education.Based on the empirical research,this paper studies the requirements of the current development situation of the private vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province for the "double teacher" teachers,summarizes the results achieved in the construction of the "double teacher" teachers in the private vocational colleges,and analyzes the existing problems and causes.This paper puts forward the goal of "double-teacher" teaching staff construction in Jiangxi private vocational colleges,reconstructs the connotation and standards of "double-teacher" teachers in Jiangxi private vocational colleges,and puts forward specific measures for implementation.In order to achieve the goal of promoting the construction of "double teacher" teachers in private higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province.
