The Human Resource Service Industry is a key industry in implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development,talent development and employment priority development.It plays an active role in promoting employment and entrepreneurship and promoting the market-oriented allocation of human resources.With the rapid development of the Global Human Resource Service Industry and the emergence of new business forms,the competition among human resource service companies is becoming increasingly fierce.The competition among enterprises is essentially the competition among people.How to construct an efficient and scientific staff incentive system,make the staff actively and spontaneously to work,and promote the rapid development of enterprises,has become the core of human resource management.Xusheng company is a private human resource service company.This paper takes the company as an example,using the demand theory,the two-factor theory,the expectation theory and the Equity theory as the guidance,and using the interview method and the questionnaire survey method,understanding that there are some problems in the employee incentive system,such as imperfect salary incentive system,unscientific performance appraisal design,employee training emphasizing the process rather than the result,neglecting the employee’s career planning,and lack of excellent corporate culture guidance,etc.,on this basis,from the five aspects of salary and welfare,performance management,staff training,career and enterprise culture,this paper puts forward some optimized measures,such as constructing a diversified salary structure system,establishing a fair and reasonable performance evaluation system,perfecting the staff training system,encouraging the career planning,strengthening the construction of enterprise culture,etc.,finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization measures,it is proposed to improve the degree of attention to incentives,establish dynamic management of employees,build a communication feedback platform and other supporting guarantees.Through the research on the optimization of the employee motivation system of Xusheng Company,this paper helps the company to better stimulate the employees’ needs,motivation and desire,to keep the employees in high mood and positive state,and to create value for the company,further enhance their own market competitiveness.
