In the past few decades,due to the rising cost of living,the awakening of women’s consciousness and other factors,more and more women have entered the workplace.The role division mode of dual-worker families has become one of the choices of the role division mode of modern families.While Working Couples create more economic benefits,they also experience higher levels of work-family conflict.How to manage and respond to work-family conflicts in dual-worker families,coordinate and maintain a balance in the work and family fields,has a very important impact on the physical and mental health of individuals,family harmony and the healthy development of the enterprise.Therefore,helping dual-worker families to resolve work-family conflicts,achieving harmony in the family sphere,and improving corporate efficiency are of great significance to dual-worker families and businesses.Corporate social work introduces traditional social field relief methods into the enterprise,and uses professional methods to help employees who are unable to solve their problems in case of difficulties.UP to this day,scholars in many disciplines such as psychology,management,and organizational behavior have conducted a lot of research on the issue of work-family conflict,forming a diversified theoretical system and accumulating rich empirical research results.These research results give us a deep understanding of the interaction between the two fields of work and family.Although many scholars have proposed solutions to work-family conflict from different theoretical perspectives,the effect is not significant.This study attempts to analyze the work-family conflict of a Working Couples under the guidance of boundary theory.By assisting family members of dual-worker families to adjust the boundary elasticity ability to meet the individual’s willingness to resilience the boundary,thereby reducing the individual’s tension and reducing the individual’s work-Level of family conflict.It is hoped that this study will complement the existing practice mode of resolving work-family conflicts,enrich the theoretical system of social work professions dealing with work-family conflicts,and expand the practical experience of boundary theory.The main contents and conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)This study uses the boundary theory as a guide,adopts the questionnaire method,interview method and observation method to study,and takes the case of Ms.A of M Education Training Center to study social work using the boundary theory tointervene in the work-family conflict between two employees.First of all,according to the boundary theory,the work-family conflict of the client is analyzed and the problem is estimated.Secondly,we will provide services to the clients in combination with the task center model.Under the guidance of boundary theory,we will clarify the problems with the clients,set tasks,and formulate service plans.Then,according to the plan to provide services,gradually solve the problem of the client.Finally,close the case and evaluate the effectiveness of the service(2)After the evaluation,after the intervention of social workers,the work-family conflict of the case has been significantly improved,and the awareness and ability of border management have been developed to be able to cope with the work-family conflict.When faced with a client who has a work-family conflict,the boundary theory provides a basic idea and analytical perspective for solving the problem,combined with the practical work method of the task-centered model,the client’s problem is divided into one,two,and three points with specific standards Task indicators.The service plan based on the guidance design of the boundary theory is more in line with the needs of the client and more practical,which improves the professionalism and pertinence of the social work service.
