A Study On The Optimization And Expansion Of The Path Of International Cooperation And Exchange Of Campus Football In Yunnan Province

The development of campus football is a major strategy to promote the reform and development of football in China.International cooperation and exchange is an important way to expand international horizons,enrich and enhance campus football in China,and its position in the development of campus football is increasingly prominent.As a provincial experimental area of campus football,based on a series of national spirit and requirements,Yunnan Province carries out international cooperation and exchange activities on campus football,and explores the development road of campus football combined with internationalization and localization.At present,there are many forms of communication in Yunnan Province,which are also quite effective,but there are also many problems that hinder the development of communication activities.It’s necessary to explore and analyze the current situation of international cooperation and exchange of the campus football of Yunnan Province,find out the existing problems,understand the difficulties of the development of campus football in Yunnan Province,and seek the optimization of the problems and the expansion of the path in the process of developing campus football in Yunnan Province,which has great research significance.The main research contents of this paper include: the demand analysis of international cooperation and exchange of campus football in Yunnan Province,the current situation analysis of communication path,the investigation and analysis of communication obstacles in international cooperation and exchange,the optimization and expansion of communication path.The main research methods are literature method,field investigation method,in-depth interview method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method.First,through a combination of field visits and interviews,an in-depth analysis of the needs of international cooperation exchanges,the development of communication paths and the problems that arise is carried out;then,after clarifying that communication barriers are the biggest issues affecting international cooperation exchanges,In Yunnan Province,144 valid questionnaires were distributed and collected to the personnel involved in the communication project.After the analysis,the author found that the that affect the effective communication between students andforeign teachers were generally accepted.Finally,we presented the research results and prospects.The conclusions are as follows:1.Yunnan Province adheres to the basic principles of the reform and development of Chinese football and carries out international cooperation and exchange activities on campus football,which will help to revitalize Chinese football,enhance China’s soft power,promote the construction of "Belt and Road" and enhance national self-confidence;It is helpful for the cultivation of international football players,the construction of teachers,the enrichment of management concepts and the promotion of the international development of campus football.2.The current Yunnan campus football international cooperation and exchange activities are divided into two paths: the introduction of overseas quality resources,send overseas exchange learning.The forms of communication in the path are various and have achieved certain results,but in the process of communication,there are still many problems.In the path of "overseas intelligence introduction ",there are obstacles to effective communication,unreasonable distribution of international cooperation resources,unsatisfactory cost control,lack of professional personnel,imprisonment of traditional cultural concepts,and so on;in the path of " overseas communication ",there are communication obstacles,wasted learning opportunities,limited funds and single selection problems.3.In the development of international cooperation and exchange in Yunnan Province,the effect of foreign exchange and learning is always unsatisfactory,because there are many obstacles in communication,and it is urgent to find out these factors so that both sides of communication can understand the problem.Through investigation and analysis,five main obstacle factors affecting communication are summarized:personal cognition,knowledge and experience level,language,communication feedback,personal charm.4.Use the knowledge and methods of project management to solve the obstacles and problems existing in the international cooperation and exchange of campus football in Yunnan Province.The international cooperative exchange project of campus footballin Yunnan Province is systematically planned and managed from three aspects:government,school and teaching process,in order to seek the optimization of communication path and meet the requirements and objectives of project development.Based on the actual situation in Yunnan Province,this paper puts forward some suggestions for expanding the international cooperation and exchange path of campus football in Yunnan Province: organizing international events and activities,running schools in Chinese-foreign cooperation,recruiting foreign exchange students,and running schools abroad.
