With the increasing emphasis on vocational education in the country,secondary vocational education,which is the foundation of vocational education,has also shown a momentum of vigorous development.Secondary vocational education is both secondary education and vocational education.This characteristic also determines the particularity and complexity of secondary vocational education.With its practicability and professionalism,the secondary vocational student association plays an important role in comprehensively cultivating students’ quality,promoting campus culture construction,enriching students’ after-school cultural life,promoting students’ professional development,assisting students’ management,and innovating moral education mode.It has become an important carrier of campus culture,an important way to implement quality education and an effective form of self-management,self-shaping and self-service.However,while the secondary vocational student community is booming,many problems and confusions have arisen,which restricts the healthy and sustainable development of the student association.The study takes the X secondary vocational school in Qinghai Province as an example.The main research method is case study.Through the review of materials,questionnaires,interviews and case studies,we learned about the development of student associations and the implementation of community activities,and found that there are shortages of club activities,insufficient venues,insufficient guidance,lack of community culture,and community management.The problems in the organization and implementation of student organizations,such as soundness,lack of innovation and continuity of the society,failure to fully play the educational functions of the student associations,etc.,through the analysis of the characteristics of the secondary school community,combined with the information obtained through the access to the information,It proposes to improve X from several aspects:“improving ideological understanding,increasing support;strengthening organizational construction,optimizing corporate structure;strengthening institutional construction,standardizing management system;focusing on corporate innovation,promoting corporate development;shaping corporate culture and enhancing corporate taste” The organization and implementation of school community activities,strategies and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of community activities.This study is a case study of X School in Qinghai Province.The conclusions reached have certain limitations.However,since many of the problems in the study are common problems faced by student associations in secondary vocational schools,the conclusions of the study are still for other secondary vocational schools.Has a good reference value.
