In the 21st century,China’s economy begins to show the basic characteristics of the new normal gradually,and the trend of economic transformation is more obvious.In order to make China’s economic transformation more smoothly,Premier Li Keqiang made it clear in the relevant meetings that we should carry out economic innovation and transformation.At present,the basic concept of transformation has been deeply implemented in many fields,users and other groups to carry out a variety of user innovation activities.Collaboration and open innovation have played an important role in promoting the overall development of mass innovation and entrepreneurship.However,despite the guidance of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",there is still no corresponding innovation and entrepreneurship platform in China,so the success rate of domestic entrepreneurs is still relatively low,and the pressure of entrepreneurship is relatively large.To solve this problem,makerspace came into being.Among a large number of forms of maker space,university maker space has the most promising development prospects,because universities have the advantages of teaching teachers,many scientific research materials and elites,excellent entrepreneurial atmosphere,perfect network and other factors conducive to the development of entrepreneurs.Therefore,this paper will focus on the construction and operation of maker space in kunming railway vocational and technical college.This paper selects the construction and operation of "maker space" of Kunming Railway Vocational and technical college for research.The research of this paper consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research ideas,research methods,innovation places and shortcomings of this article.The second part is mainly the research summary and theoretical basis at home and abroad.It can provide the theoretical basis for this paper by taking the development of domestic and foreign maker space as the starting point.Secondly,it analyzes the definition and evolution trend of maker space,and deeply explores the theory of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the theory of enterprise life cycle and the theory of bilateral market tolay the foundation for this paper.The third part is mainly about the current situation and existing problems of the maker space of Kunming Railway Vocational and technical college.Firstly,it introduces the Kunming Railway Vocational and technical college,secondly,it studies the development and operation of the maker space of Kunming Railway Vocational and technical college,and points out that at present,there are imperfect financial support and supporting soft environment,students’ low awareness of the maker space,and participants The scope is narrow,the degree of marketization is low,the operation team is short of manpower and the operation management personnel lack of management authority.The fourth part mainly refers to the construction and operation mode of "maker space" at home and abroad.Taking the United States as an example,this paper studies the "maker space" in Colleges and universities,and puts forward the operation conditions such as the combination of personalized production and resource sharing,the combination of government funding and market operation,and the perfect ecological model of innovation and entrepreneurship,which are worthy of reference and reasonable absorption in China.Taking Shenzhen Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper studies the operation of "maker space" in China,introduces the basic situation of the school and the situation of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",and provides reference for the research of relevant contents of Kunming Railway Vocational and technical college.The fifth part is mainly the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of mass creative space in Kunming Railway Vocational and technical college.Firstly,it puts forward clear operation ideas,and points out that it is necessary to establish new ideas,promote the sustainable construction of mass creative space in Colleges and universities,promote the enthusiasm of students for innovation and entrepreneurship,change the operation mode,integrate resources,form the sharing mechanism between mass creative
