| As the country pays more and more attention to the health of the whole people and the development of sports,the Yunnan Provincial Government also responds to the call of the state in time to actively create small towns with sports characteristics.Yunnan Jialize sports characteristic town is worthy of the close attention of Yunnan sports small town researchers,many new things in its development process also need to be studied,how to manage Yunnan Jialize sports town well,make the small town get good and positive development,it is of great significance to promote new urbanization,healthy China construction and sports industry supply-side reform.This paper USES literature method,interview method,field survey method and comparative method,through to the yunnan Carrie jersey town development evolution,the infrastructure,resources distribution,and business model analysis,literature research at home and abroad contact in the study of the theory of the domestic sports town were mostly derived from the understanding of national policy,the lack of some understanding on humanities,science,nature,research method and theory is one-sided,the research content limitation is larger,thus put forward business model to fit the development of sports town in yunnan province,the main conclusions and recommendations are as follows:Conclusion :(1)The development of Jialize sports town goes through four stages,from the initial stage to maturity,which is dominated by "sports" management mode,with multi-subject responsibilities;(2)Jialize sports town relies on its superior spatial location conditions,is rich in natural resources,has a large economic base,and has a good sports culture atmosphere,which is very suitable for the construction of sports town;(3)Jialize sports town has a variety of "sports" mode forms and each venue is based on development of model categories,with high-end value proposition,consumption forms;(4)Jialize sports town is mainly based on real estate industry,other industries parallel,the business object is single,the sports event organization and propaganda effect is weak.It is suggested that :(1)the small town should plan as a whole,implement it step by step,build and repair the basic problems of the small town and negotiate well with the government,strive for more management authority and independent autonomy,and communicate the land problem well;(2)the small town should highlight the "sports" mode and promote the integration and development of sports industry and other industries while focusing on "sports ";(3)the small town should plan the development form of the characteristic sports industry,broaden the consumer market and crowd,and set the goal that accords with the law of the development of the small town with sports characteristics;(4)the small town should set up the concept of people-oriented,and the idea should always run through the construction and development of the small town process,and promote the rationalization of sports town development. |
