| Ideological and Political Course in colleges and universities takes up heavy responsibilities of morality education.Research on teaching management of this course in application-oriented universities can help solve and avoid certain problems,and promotes its own sustainable development,thus playing a significant role in cultivating high-quality talents and better serving the development of society and economy.With the continuous and further development of “Internet plus” Era,teaching management of Ideological and Political Course in application-oriented universities deeply integrates with the Internet,which brings not only favorable factors but also enormous pressure and challenges.During the integration process,there are still so many problems which need improving and resolving.The paper takes three representative application-oriented universities in Sichuan as the studying object and makes deep explorations of the current situation,problems and reasons of their implementation of teaching management of Ideological and Political Course under the “Internet plus” background.The conclusion is that,during the integration,there are still many problems existing in the management level of teaching administration,teachers’ status and their leading role in teaching,students’ study results,and quality of practical teaching,etc.The reasons accounting for the problems mainly lie in the shortcoming of the teaching administrators’ management capability and the management system,the weakness of teachers’ teaching competence and the management system,negative effects of the Internet,the new management demand from the new characteristics of classroom teaching under the“Internet plus” background and that the supervision system of practical teaching needs improving.Based on the actual situation of China’s application-oriented Universities and profound research,this paper,from the perspective of public administration,takes the related management theories as guidance,draws on the experience and inspiration in teaching management of this course gained from universities home and abroad,and then puts forward solutions to the problems,including improving the teaching administrators’ and teachers’ ability of using modern information technology;perfecting the teaching administrators’ performance assessment and incentive system;establishing a sound teaching management system that fits the new features of “Internet plus”;perfecting teaching quality monitoring and incentive system;establishing reasonable and effective incentive and monitoring system for students’ participation in practical teaching,expecting to provide constructive suggestions for the continuous optimization and improvement of teaching management of Ideological and Political Course in China’s application-oriented universities under the “Internet plus” background,thus contributing to higher education in China. |
