| Employment is a livelihood issue of common concern to all sectors of society and an important indicator of government governance.The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China pointed out that the goal of employment should be achieved with higher quality,which fully reflects the new and higher requirements for the government’s employment guidance and service under the new situation.With the continuous development of the economy and the reform of higher education,in order to meet the needs of the public for education,private universities are born and continue to grow and expand,and the enrollment rate is also increasing year by year.On the one hand,a large number of talents are trained for the society.On the other hand,the employment pressure of college students is also increasing.At the same time,in the employment competition with the graduates of public universities,private colleges and universities present the problems of insufficient employment service and guidance,single employment channel,low level of employment,limited external support for employment,and so on.There are many reasons for the employment dilemma of the graduates of private colleges and universities.From the perspective of the internal environment,the first is the reason of the graduates themselves,and the comprehensive quality of the graduates of private colleges and universities needs to be improved.Secondly,the private colleges have insufficient management and fail to train talents according to the market,which leads to the disconnection between the teaching plan and the market demand.From the perspective of the influence of external environment,governments shoulder strengthens employ managements,employments guid when providing employment policy support,let enterprises realize their responsibilities and strengthen their sense of social responsibility,and provide good external support for the employment service of graduates and privates university.Behand the back ground of the severes employments situation,thearticl from the perspective of government function to perform,to yunnan A school as a case,on runing to the locals college students difficulty employment problems carried on the thorough analysis,the thesis is mainly divided into six parts: the first part of private colleges,employment service,connotation,illustrates the basic theory of government functions;In the second part,by tracking the employment rate,employment satisfaction and employment information channels of graduates in the recent three years,the author collects statistics on the employment level of graduates from representative privatecolleges and universities in the recent three years,and then analyzes the employment status quo and employment service status of graduates from private colleges and universities.The third part expounds the performance of the government’s functions in promoting the employment service of private colleges and universities.The fourth part is also the core part of this paper,which focuses on the problems existing in the performance of government functions in the employment service of private colleges and universities.In the fifth part,the author tries to find out the causes of problems in the performance of government functions from the cognitive,institutional and policy levels.Finally,in the sixth part,aiming at these problems and their causes.Combind to the actual need of private school of hiself developments,it plays an important role in further promoting the employment services of private colleges and universities,promoting the smooth employment of graduates and improving the employment rate,so as to provide practical reference for the employment service guidance of private colleges and universities. |
